I had to get my phone reset and I had purchased 50 toxins from iTUnes, but my game reset and now I don't have the toxins, what can I do?
Ringtones are currently a one-time only download. Have you not got a copy of them on your computer and/or on a backup ? If not then you can try contacting iTunes support and asking for a re-download, but they are under no obligation to let you you re-download them : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Express Lane, then iTunes > iTunes Store

ClareAll of your apps should be in iTunes on the computer, simply sync them back.
If they are not, go into the purchase history and download them again. -
I have pages 4.1 on my iMac and they tell me I have to download Pages for my iPhone to store in iCloud, etc; but when I go to the Apple Store to download via my iPhone it only gives me a Pages 1.6 or something like the version. ?

How do I get apps downloaded from the iTunes store? Every time I try to sign on with my user id and password, I get a message stating that my account has never been used to purchase anything from iTunes before, and that I need to review my account. Yet when I click on the link to review the account, it just leads back to the store. I have tried "starting from scratch" to attempt to create a new account again, but get the message that my email is already associated with an Apple account, so it won't let me start over. I just purchased an iPad2 and am trying to get started with downloading items, but getting nowhere fast. If this is an example of how Apple does business, I may be returning the iPad2 for a refund.
Have either of you had any luck with this issue. It began happening to me today when I was trying to purchase music on iTunes. I have purchased music and games in the past and have had no problem. Any help would be appreciated.

I bought a refurbished Macbook Pro online today. I purchased the apple protection plan with it as well. If I purchased the additional coverage or for any other reason, will a certified apple store transfer my storage from my old laptop to new laptop for free? Or did I need to purchase the One-on-One plan?
No refurbished MacBook would be running a Classic operating system. Classic refers to the operating system on Macs prior to 2007 with the PowerPC chip, that was an optional virtualization, and prior to 2004 that was an optional boot system.
If you buy a refurbished MacBook from the Apple Store you can get AppleCare for it. Ask the online store where you buy it from if they offer AppleCare for it or not.

Yes, I have the exact same problem with my 4s! Updated to iOS 7 and can't sync. It's extremely frustrating, as music is crucial in my daily life. I was able to remove all songs from my iPhone...and now when I try to sync the 4,000 or so I've selected, it will sync maybe 11 or 12 (if it gets past the "Waiting for changes to be applied" screen), and then just completely stop. I am unable to back up my ipod touch, I try and do it manually and it sits on "Backing Up.........", it has been sitting on this all day. I am on the free 5GB plan, availabe storage is 2.3GB, any suggestions

While looking into the issue you are experiencing I came across some helpful information. In an article called iCloud: Troubleshooting creating backups found here: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3992 there are a number of steps to help get your issue resolved.
General troubleshooting
General information
iCloud Backup requires a Wi-Fi connection to the Internet.
Automatic backups occur when you've plugged in your iOS device, locked the screen, and have connected it to Wi-Fi.
You can manually start a backup by tapping Back Up Now in Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup (requires a Wi-Fi connection to the Internet).
iCloud Backup will provide helpful information and status messages related to backups at the bottom ofSettings > iCloud > Storage & Backup.
If automatic backups don't work as expected, test to see what happens when you start a manual backup by tapping Back Up Now at the bottom of the Storage & Backup screen.
Backups and restores both take time, especially if you have a lot of data or a slow connection. Depending on the size of your data and the speed of your network, you may need to give more time than you expected to a backup or restore.
Make sure you have at least 50 MB of free space available on your iOS device before you back up. If you have no space available on your device, iCloud Backup can fail in some cases. You can verify how much free space you have available on your iOS device in Settings > General > About.

I have been sharing my iTunes account with my kids...now they are getting older and want to have their own accounts, how do I share the songs I purchased for them on my account with them on their new accounts? Is there a way to transer from my main account their new accounts? And can I share music from my account with them?
You can't currently transfer content from one account to another account. As long as the tracks are on the computer's iTunes that they use/sync to, and your account is authorised on that iTunes, then they should be able to continue to use them.

You can set up an iCloud account on each one (the SAME iCloud account using the same AppleID on each) and then sync via iCloud.

However, an iCloud backup nor sync contains purchased content - that is available for redownload from the iTunes and App stores (so no need to waste iCloud space storing it for you).
So, for purchased content, you will have to download it on each device - just use the same AppleID and download each item on each device.
Without a computer to aid the sync'ing, downloading the purchased content on each device is the only way.
P.S audiobooks cannot be re-downloaded once purchased (all other content can be), so without a computer to save, store and move the audiobook files around, you will only be able to put those on one device - the one you first purchase it on. -
why did i get charged three times for the same purchase? is it because i use my apple id on three devices.. two iphones, and ipad... and and macbook geez apple i support you enough can i just pay for one copy of the audiobook
These are user-to-user forums, you are not talking to Apple here.
If it was an audiobook then they are one-time only downloads, to get it on your other devices you need to sync it to them and not re-download it oneach. I moved from the UK to Sweden. My trial expired in the UK but I was not able to purchase CC in Sweden for some reason. I was told to create a new account in Sweden with a new Adobe ID. When I did, the trial downloads did not work and I could not purchase the CC at discount price.

I purchased elements 9 for iMac as a paid download 10/23/2015, recently I had to replace my computer's hard drive and lost elements. I had read that downloaded purchases would be available for 3 years but, when I click onto the serial number of that order it isn't active. By clicking onto the link it should take me to the site where I can re download the elements 9 but, it doesn't do anything. Unfortunately calling Adobe did not help, they will not address any elements questions over the phone, there's a recording directing all elements questions to this forum. Each line needs to have it's own login and password for managing ringbacks and ringtone purchases, and backup and cloud services.
Register each number on the account for it's own username and password, and make the ringback purchase under that login. If it's already purchased under a different number, call customer service and they can straighten it out for you. -

I actually have already activated it the passport on AT&T and you are correct as long as Verizon continues with this whole must have CDMA than eventually Verizon will be in Sprints spot. Have to keep up with the changing landscape. As we all know blackberry did not do. However this new passport is so amazing and has that wow factor I think they could be onto something. Let's hope they stay on this path because they are the only phone I use. While there are a lot of great phones out there I am a blackberry user.
I most likely will not go with the classic because I can't see me going to a smaller screen when I have this one. I have been wanting a large screen keyboard for so long. The keyboard does take some getting used to, and with the passport 2 I'm sure they will correct those things.
