I purchased Rise of the Guardians on blu-ray, I typd in the digital copy code that came in the case, the ituns extras downloaded, but no matter what I do, the digital copy of the actual movie won't download. Why won't it download? I've tried everything I could think of, but nothing works, it just simply does not want to download.
Ok, a new digital copy of Rise of the Guardians started downloading automatically at no extra cost, I admit that I was thrilled, but now my happiness is gone because the new digital copy of Rise of the Guardians simply won't play. Nothing works with it except for the iTunes extras again. I'm getting really tired of this. Why won't it play and why give a digital copy if it refuses to work? Please someone help me out here!

Thanks, Bob. I've seen this suggested before. However, I'm at a friend's place (cat-sitting). He owns an older MacBook (almost positive) and he streams audio without Airfoil. All he uses is AirPort Express. He told me to simply click alt-option and the volume icon and a menu drops down, and I select "AirPort Express". But it never appears. All the menu offers is this:
"AirPort Express" isn't an option.
Why is that? Is there something fundamental I'm not doing? -
I've bought a student plan but every time I open currently downloaded programms I see an automatically opened window that says I'm using trial version and still have several days to use it. I have purchased an album and I am trying to download it all. Most of it did but three songs didn't. They show as purchased and there is a cloud next to it, but it says it cannot be downloaded at this time. Very iterating because it has already charged my card.

I currently have a basic phone but I would like to switch to a smart phone. I downloaded an episode of a TV show (and paid for it), but the download froze and only 30 seconds of it downloaded. I can't figure out how to download the rest of it. itunes shows it as already downloaded, and doesn't give an option for re-downloading it. I have gone to the page where you finish any incomplete downloads, and this one did not show up on it. I tried deleting the episode (or 30 seconds of the episode from my computer), hoping that I could redownload it, but it still shows up as downloaded & doesn't give me an option to download it. I paid for it, but I can't watch it. How do I contact a real person or do a live chat or something so I can get this fixed?

I purchased Thor on Blu-ray + digital copy. I tried transferring the movie to my MacPro tower, but the digital copy disk will not load. I'm able to insert it and I can hear the drive trying to read it, but after about a min., it is ejected. I also tried on two separate MacBook Pros. All three machines are running 10.6.8.
Chris, if you read the full question, you'll see that I am referring to the "digital copy disc" which is a standard DVD.

I just purchased and downloaded an album, yet several songs only partially downloaded. Now what ? How do I retrieve the album in it's entirety ?
Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting the incomplete tracks from your iTunes library and redownload them via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if they re-download in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find those songs and use the 'Report a Problem' link. -

As to your other questions, I have very limited BluRay experience; the few times when I made a disk image it was for someone else's use or for testing workflows, but I know I didn't get into any weird encoding loops. As you know,the progress bar is pretty obscure by nature; alternatively, open up Batch Monitor and click on the info button do see what percentage has been complete.
Assuming by now that you've canceled the job, I would download Digital Rebellion's Compressor Repair tool (free) and run that – including the trash preferences option. Also, I've had occasions when job actions started to act up and were cured by running repair permissions in Dick Utility.
My impression is that the people who use disk images with Toast are happy with the results. So even if it's not something you get now, perhaps it's the long term solution.

Solved: There is no driver to install. If the lights come on for your controller, the drivers have successfully been installed and the controller is ready for use. But before you can use it you must buy an app called "Joystick Mapper" from the Mac app store ($5). This will allow you to program the individual buttons' functions per the game you're playing. You will need to program multiple profiles if you plan on playing multiple games, as all games do not share the same button configuration. Also, you can clone game profiles. So if you're playing a shooter, for example, where the zoom and weapon fire buttons may be the same but there's a different button for grenades or secondary fire, you can tweak a few buttons instead of starting over from scratch.

I had to reset my iPad (iPad 3) last night. Everything downloaded fine. Now tonight I'm trying to download a few new apps and games, I have strong Internet, and the apps and games won't download. They consistently say "waiting". So I deleted all that I was going to download then I turned off and on my ipad by holding both buttons. Then I tried just downloading 1 game. Still nothing will download.
