I want to download apps it tells me to review my account. when i do this it asks for my bank details i put them in and its telling me there wrong when its not.. how do i fix this?

What sort of card are you trying to add ? There have been a number of posts recently from people having debit cards declined, so I'm not sure if they are still accepted in the store - they are not listed on this page as being a valid payment method.
If it's a credit card then is it registered to exactly the same name and address (including spacing and format) as you have on your iTunes account, and you are currently in that country ? If it is then you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can help with it's not being accepted : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

I made a new Apple ID recently and when I go on the App Store it tells me to review my account but it also says I have to enter my bank card pin or a gift card code,how can I change this?

If I understand right, you've created an Apple ID but you're not able to change or remove your payment information for the iTunes Store.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in this article if you want to remove your payment information:

HT5848 I have purchased Itunes Match, and go to Settings/Music and it tells me to subcribe to Itunes Match. I click on that and it says I am subscribed, but I can not get it to quit playing ADs.

Figured it out. Must sign out from Itunes and then back in and it works.

You cannot use iCloud.com on a mobile device, only on a computer. Documents in iCloud are available via the apps themselves on a mobile device.

You don't use your Apple ID or its password to install anything on your Mac. You use the admin account's name and password.
Use the name and password you last entered when resetting them. The "name" you use is not the short name of the admin account folder.
For example. If you create an admin account of John Smith, the short name given to that account's folder will be johnsmith. So when an app requests an admin name and password to install something, the admin name you enter is John Smith, not johnsmith.

Highlight the movie, go to iTunes menu ADVANCED and select create iPad and AppleTV version.

For the CC type, select None and verify your name and address.

Don't switch email providers. Switch to another email client on your Mac. It is not Yahoo. I have 3 Yahoo accounts and never have any problems getting or sending mail from/to those accounts. But I don't use the built in Mac Mail program. I use Thunderbird. I use thunderbird on both Mac OS X and Windows. Been using it for some time now with no problems getting my Yahoo mail, Google gmail mail or form my work email account.

If you see the "connect to iTunes" screen on your iPhone, that means its in Recovery Mode and needs to be restored.

Try this...
have a text convo with the person you want to delete. Go to the top contact in the text convo, hit edit contact, and delete that contact.
That resolution came from another thread on this issue, and this did solve to poster's issue.

You entered your wife's seperate AppleID? Check you can login with the same AppleID here: http://appleid.apple.com/ on a computer.
Some of the photos in that link apply to setting up iCloud on a device from new, not when setting it up later. It won't look the same (the dark gray background) for you as you're setting it up now.
