Generally no, not unless the app is defective or does not do what the developer promises. The official terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. The store will sometimes make an exception if the app if faulty, but not just if you don't like it.

It depends on what your other Macs are and if the same Apple ID is used across them.
If some of your Macs are PowerPC or pre-leopard: No. The Mac App store is Snow Leopard and up.
I will share a pleasant experience:

Every Mac App purchase made on my MBA (including OSX Lion) is available for download on hers. And We have downloaded them at no additional cost: Aperture 3, Gratuitous Space Battles, iRingTones, FaceTime, and my most expensive purchase: OmniGraffle Pro for Mac. Updates are made available for both MBAs. Everything displays under Mac Apps "purchased."
If you use different Apple IDs across Macs, purchases will be specific to each ID.

Apple's policy on sales of digital content is that all sales are final. If however you wish to appeal to Apple, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
You can delete songs from your iTunes library on your mobile device by swiping them and then tapping the delete button that appears.

No, only VAT registered businesses (or other organisations) can claim back VAT. Individuals cannot, sadly!

I'm sorry, but Apple does not provide a downgrade path for iOS. Because downgrading is unsupported by Apple we cannot discuss it on these forums, but you can use Google to find information on how to install an older version of iOS on any iDevice.

i am sick of people on these forums putting people down & accusing them of just having a moan!
my ip4 suffers from horendous signal issues even with a case on & zagg strips down the side & not even being held but flat on my desk!
ihave been trying to return mine for over 2 weeks now but o2 will not accept returns of ip4s with signal problems.
so far i have sent a letter to the manager of local o2 store request termination of contract & return of ip4, quoted all the relevant trading standards/sales of goods acts stuff & got him to sign a receipt for said letter.
now awaiting response.
so cmon guys have a bit of sympathy for people who love iphones but cant return them if they want to!

at orange it is no different, i have been on the phone, there is nota 7-14day grace with such network, so many uk users are now stuck with a 24month contract and a phone that is not upto standard. Orange did not offer a solution, despite having a case and signal still all over the place. Instrad said call 150 from your phone and their eill teel you hoe to gett your phone change with apple. But i dnt want a another phone i want out.
I think this issue really needs to sorted by apple for all uk networks that have tied so many to contracts since the 24th june and especially as many had to pay a premium to get the phone initially. I feel apple has forgot about us in the uk, our service providers are no help either as they are only follwing normal protocol and prob have never had to deal so much interest in cancelation.
plus to get out your contract based on signal is a scetchy area at most but apple as said their is a issue solved by a case, but my signal is still all over the joint. And no it aint where i live, as i am in a prime loaction for all uk service providers.
advice in this area is much needed , it not only people with o2 that are having a problem.........What about these apple customers locked in 24month contract on iphone 4 plans, do you not want us to be happy???????

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

Yes, if you are buying them for yourself then you can use iTunes gift cards to buy apps and other content from iTunes, ibooks from the ibookstore, and Mac apps from the Mac App store (you can't gift content to another account via gift cards)
