Is there a limit on app purchase reimbursement?

Apple states that all sales are final, so any refund is an exception determined on a case-by-case basis. You'll need to make your request to the iTunes Store and see what they say. Go here:
http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
and follow the instructions to contact the iTunes Store.

However, it is not Apple's fault that you let someone else make those purchases on your iPod

Is there a limit on downloading previously purchased songs?

I think what the message is saying is that if you download past purchases for that account then you will be tying the Mac to that account for 90 days - I was thinking that it was saying that it's already associated with an account, not that you are about to associate it. If you don't want that to happen (which if it's your only account then it shouldn't be an issue), then you should be able to copy the content from your other Mac to it via, for example, home sharing : copying content between computers.

  • HT201272 Why won't an in-app purchase I made on my iPad sync to my iPhone?

I have an app called Baby Names.  It's a free app, but I decided to upgrade to the full version for $1.99 from my iPad.  This purchase has never synced to my iPhone though.  Why not and how can I make it happen?

Yes. I''m having the exact same problem.  I've created playlists on my laptop and when I sync, the changes don't move to the phone, even though "On The Phone" says they are there.  They are not.

  • HT201272 How can I download previous APP purchases onto my laptop?

I have authorised my computer and after much searching I still remain clueless as to how I can access the apps I have bought from Apple in the past using my ipad.
I have checked for automatic downloads and it has not downloaded any of my apps...Please Help!

If you are logged in with the same account then they should appear in the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes (or you should be able to copy them over from the iPad to your Mac's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases) - you can then take a backup copy of them in case you need to restore your iPad in the future (you can't use iPad apps on a Mac)

  • I just logged in to my itunes and theres an app purchase that I didn't make? What do I do?

    Hi,
got some itunes gift cards for my birthday. I still had like $24 left when I opened up my itunes today it showed that and then outta nowhere it said I only has $2 and change left. I didn't spend any of it. Check my email and there was apparently an app purchase on the 7th or 8th for some poker app and chips. I didn't make the purchase. What do I do? I know something is wrong because when I tried to log in it said that my account had be disabled for security reasons. Who do I contact about this, and how?
    Thank You.

I just remembered some more information actually, my brain obviously isn't working. There is a way to report issues within iTunes via your purchase history. You go into your account > purchases > purchase history, and at the bottom is a button which says "Report Issue" or something like that. Less direct, but I also forgot to mention that the number above will get you to anything Apple related, and the people you eventually speak to are extremely knowledgable and friendly.

  • How to replace an App purchased by another Apple ID?

There is a free app purchased from an abondoned Apple ID while other apps are from the current Apple ID.  So, I want to download the free app again with the current Apple ID.  But there are data with the app, so deleting it and download again means the data will be erased.
How can I replace the app using the current Apple ID and retain all data?  (I have Time Machine backup).

    You cannot.

You need to Delete the Old App and then get it again using Your Current Apple ID.

  • How to buy in-app purchase

I updated my Garageband app to the now free version and apparently there is an in-app purchase that unlocks new instruments. I can not find it ANYWHERE. Please help.

If you are getting a message to contact iTunes Support then you can do so via this link and ask them why the message is appearing (we are fellow users here on these forums, we won't know why) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

  • HT201304 Restrictions:  Allowed content: In-App purchases on or off?  Very ambiguous!

Ive read in two places two different answers!  one says it should say "off" to restrict purchases the other says it should say "on"
I want to make sure that there are no in-app purchases made by my son who seems to think that virtual dragons should be fed, so ive put the setting for In-App purchases to "off" is that correct?
    thanks Vicky

You turn off the item to Off to set the restriction.  The Restrictions section say "Allow:" You want it "off" to not allow. I just tested that with Safari.

  • In-App purchase multiple devices...is there a limit?

I'm looking to purchase in-app purchases, and I know that Non-replenishable apps can be transferred to multiple devices authorised with the same iTunes Store account. I was just wondering if there is a limit to how many devices these can be transfered to, as we have around 70 devices needing the in-app purchase?

    Hello eagjdw
You can keep the one Apple ID for purchases and then create another one for a personal account for contacts and calendars. The article below will assist further

is there a limit on redeeming gift cards per day? how about purchasing in app?

AFAIK, there's no limit to how many gift cards can be redeemed in a 24 hour period. Same for In-App purchases.

  • Is there a limit for the apps that i purchased or i can purchase as much i want? and how can i know the capacity it's taking? Thank you

Is there a limit for the apps that i purchased or i can purchase as much i want? and how can i know the capacity it's taking? Thank you

Yes you can buy whatever you want if your credit card is in good standing.
Before you buy, read the size of the download in iTunes/App/iBook Store.
Rule of thumb, you need to reserve about 10% of your total space.

I have an app on my phone where I sometimes purchase coins to play. The last time I tried it told me to contact iTunes support. Is there a limit and can you change it?

There is no one from Apple here, thus no one here can answer your question. Why don't you contact iTunes support, as directed, to get an answer.
