This alert is often the result of an issue with verifying your billing.
Quit iTunes.
Open iTunes.
Test the issue.
If it persists, sign in to store.apple.com using your iTunes account.
Change your country if necessary
Click on Change account information
Modify or remove your credit card information.
Click Continue.
Test the issue.

I pre-ordered Marc Anthony new Album and I can't seem to have it download.

I am sure you are eager to listen to Marc Anthony's new album. I recommend first trying to check for available downloads by going to Store > Check for Available Downloads from the iTunes menu.
If the album is still not downloading, I recommend trying to download it from your list of purchases. As long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase the songs, you will not be charged for the songs. You can find the steps to do this under the section titled "Apps, Books, Music, Movies, or TV shows on iOS" in the following article:

If you are still not able to download the new album, I recommend reporting this issue:
To report an issue with your iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, or iBookstore purchase, follow these steps:

Click Report a Problem under the app that is having the issue.
When prompted, enter the Apple ID and password you used to purchase the item, then click Report a Problem.
Click Report a Problem next to the item you are having an issue with.
From the Choose Problem dropdown menu, choose the appropriate issue.
Follow the onscreen instructions and—if prompted—type a description of the problem into the text field.
Click Submit to have your issue reviewed.

ITunes Pre-order issues

Ever since I installed the iSO6 on my 4S, I cannot see the iTunes pre-order I had. Do I have to re-order it or is it hiding somewhere? Thanks

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it, but I got the new Slash CD... will I still get the pre-order extra song (Sahara)? Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

Download iTunes pre-order on iPod Touch?

Does anyone know if you can pre-order an album on iTunes but download it to your iPod Touch or iPhone?

Yes, I probably didn't explain very well. What I want to know is, if I pre-order on my home computer, will I be able to download the album via the iTunes Store on my iPod Touch via Wi-Fi when it becomes available--if I'm traveling and away from my home computer.

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one. See the following document for instructions:

Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the item, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.

ITUNES Pre-Ordering

I have never pre-ordered anything on ITUNES before. However, Green Day is offering some exclusive tracks for their new album, so i couldn't resist a pre-order. =) I just had a quick question for those who have done this before. The album comes out on the 15th. If i preorder the album tonight will it charge my Credit card tonight or does it do that on the street date at midnight? For instance, if i pre-order something a month before it comes out...i'm guessing my credit card isn't charged until the actual release at midnight. I know it's sort of a lame question, i just wanted to know how this worked. Thanks guys!

legally they can't charge you until you've received the product. This is different from say a subscription, in which they charge you for everything up front, then allow you to download as they come available (TV shows).
Pre-orders I've done have always hit my card when they've become available.

Pre-order wont download

i pre-ordered an album but its not letting me download it. it says ive bought it but it wont let me download. after awhile an alert will come up saying "Your pre-order is ready to download" i click yes and then an alert comes up says "insignificant amount remaining" even though i already bought it. its extreamly frustrating because i pre-ordered it to get it right away and i would have been faster if i just bought it without pre-ordering. i have spent over three hours of my time trying everything; looking on all the support websites and links. it is now beyond frustrating that i now have to wait a number of days/weeks who knows. i cant even buy it again. it says on all the songs "purchased" but its like see through. please help it will be appreicated.

I preordered an album that became available today, but it won't download and I haven't recieved an email saying that it is available. When I sign in and go to the album it now says purchased instead of preordered but I am given no link to download the album. I tried cancelling the preorder, but to no avail. How do I download the album?

My itunes pre-order is gone? Please help.

Okay, so I pre-ordered the Brand New album "Daisy." Last night, the files showed up on the download list, but didn't do anything. I didn't really think much of it, but at 1:am the files still were processed, but had not started downloading. To my surprise, the files of the songs had made seven copies of themselves.
So I thought it had to do something with size, so I tried to clear some disk space. Long story short:
My songs ended up in the recycle bin.
I pressed "restore all items" and they disappeared Where have they gone?
And how do I get the songs to just finally download?
I would kill for this album, so some help would be greatly appreciated.

Try reformatting your iPod to FAT32 in Windows, followed by a restore in iTunes, and see if it helps with your issue:
1 - Connect your iPod to your computer.
2 - When iTunes has finished syncing with your iPod, open "My Computer".
3 - Right-click on your iPod, and click on "Format". (If your iPod is not showing in My Computer, make sure that disk use isn’t enabled in iTunes).
4 - Here, verify that your formatting settings are "Default", with the format type set for FAT32. Also, make sure that "Quick Scan" is not selected.
5 - Then, click on "OK" to begin the formatting process.
6 - When this is complete (it might take a while), make sure to restore your iPod in iTunes again, so as to properly reload the firmware back onto it again.

ITunes Store App - iPhone, "Download Error Tap to Retry"

New iphone 5S, iTunes Store App
At one point during a sync a lot of my music did not end up on the iPhone. I was on a road trip and wanted the music so I clicked "Download All" on my favorite playlist. For whatever reason 652 songs would not download, saying "Download Error. Tap to retry." I have since gotten home, sync'd and all those songs are now on the phone but the 652 songs remain in the Downloads part of the iTunes Store app with the same error (Download Error. Tap to retry."
I can't get them to go away, does anyone know how I can delete the download attempts?

when i go on itunes tore to the album it just says purchased and it won't show up in my downloads.

If you have not done so already, look under the Store menu in iTunes for the "Check for available downloads" command and select that. You may find the item(s) there to be downloaded. If not, check the Purchases area of the iTunes Store and you may be able to download the pre-order there:

HT5714 Pre-order wont download- Please Help!

So I pre-ordered the Little Mix Salute (Deluxe) album for 11.99, I got all the songs that were available before the whole album was released, but I absolutely CANNOT download the rest of the songs. I havent been charged for the album, it just says that theyve been purchased. I can't cancel my pre-order either. I just want to download the songs, I've been waiting so long! And I don't wanna pay for this twice. Something similar happened when I pre-ordered the 1D album but it eventually downloaded...is there any way I can fix this?

Hi, I just made a pre-order on iTunes and it gave me a prompt... something about extra content or downloading now or something. I pressed no out of sheer force of habit, but what did it mean? (If I'm not being specific enough, please say so).
