HT201272 Says my appleID has been disabled but I am signed in? What is going on.
I just got an iPad and I signed into iTunes and the app store but when I try to download i get an error message saying my appleID has been disabled. I have checked my account and have no clue what is going on. Any suggestions.

i always have to sign into icloud and they always say my account has been disabled so i cant download anything!
You might want to go to Settings>iTunes & App Store, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in. For iCloud, try deleting the account and signing back in. To do this, save your photo stream photos to your camera roll (unless already ther) by opening your my photo stream album, tapping Select, tapping the photos, tap the share icon (box with upward facing arrow), then tapping Save to Camera Roll. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, choose Delete from My iPhone and provide the password when prompted, then sign back in. (Your iCloud data will reappear on your phone when you sign back in.)

What you have on your computer is your iTunes library, not an "account."
Did you download and install the latest version of iTunes, which is available here?

If you have an earlier version, it may not support the most recent iPod nano, which could explain why Windows does not have the device driver to identify it. -
Your appleid has been disabled
It's been over couple of months,I been trying to access and update my macbook pro applications,whenever i am trying to login the message pops up and says your appleid has been disabled contact support. It all started when someone used my account and downloaded content without my knowledge,through my e-mail i came to know about the transaction. Instantly i send the mail regarding this transaction and apple support disabled my id. After that i was been told to change my password,i did the same and my id was re-enabled,Thanks to apple support. But that time i was not able to use the same card for transaction,i was been told to change the payment options,as i cant change my card cuz i have only one bank account and only one debit card that too with ICICI bank,India. Now,out of nowhere i received the message your appleid has been disabled and again i cant update my macbook pro apps. So,there are 2 issues
1. Cant login using my apple id
2. Cant use the same card for the transaction in the appstore.I recently helped someone with a similar issue. Someone had stolen their credit card information and used it with a completely unrelated iTunes account. Apple went on to disable every account that this family used because they had that same credit card associated with it. So, if your about to charge back iTunes charges on your credit card because you didn't do it, change your payment method first. I was able to call 1-800-APL-CARE to get it fixed. Whenever they tried to do something else to correct it like resetting my password, I'd tell them "my brother just recently had this problem and said you guys chatted with the iTunes team to fix it." Once the agent did that, the accounts were working again, good luck to everybody that has to call Apple to get this resolved.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.
It sounds like you're going to have to put the iPad in to recovery mode before you can restore it. The article linked below provides more details about the passcode lock and will walk you through putting the process of restoring from recovery mode.

Use recovery mode
Follow these steps if you never synced your device with iTunes, if you don't have Find My iPhone set up, or if you can't get to your own computer. You'll need to put your device in recovery mode, which will erase the device and its passcode. Then you'll restore your device as new or from a backup.
Disconnect all cables from your device.
Turn off your device.
Press and hold the Home button. While holding the Home button, connect your device to iTunes. If your device doesn't turn on automatically, turn it on.
Continue holding the Home button until you see the Connect to iTunes screen.
iTunes will alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode.
Click OK, then restore the device.

my apple id account has been disabled for security reasons. I have re-set my password numerous times but the system still will NOT let me sign in. It continues to say your account has been disabled.
CALL
1-800-MY-APPLE (1-800-692-7753) let them know and they will helo you enable the account. even if you change the password 50 times the account will stay disable till you call them

I am trying to install an app from the app store and because I have multiple apple IDs (liek many others) I tapped in the wrong password and got the "your appleID has been disabled" pop p. I have now reset the password again but the pop up still appears. Any suggestions please?

The APP Store shows I have 2 updates. When I enter my ID it says that it has been disabled. Yet, I can log into my apple acct. with no problem.
