I just purchased an album and some of the songs weren't completely downloaded. Can anybody help me?

Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting the incomplete tracks from your iTunes library and redownload it via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if they re-download in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find those songs and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
Some people have had a problem with the 'report a problem' link (it's been taking people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) - if it does that to you then try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

Make sure that yo have the boxed chanced to only sync the checked music. It appears that it is trying to sync ore than those.
You can try unsycing all music and resyncing.

Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past music purchases, delete the problem tracks from your iTunes library, close and then reopen iTunes, go to the iTunes Store home page, click the Purchased link from the Quick Links section in the right-hand column, then select Music and Not on this computer. You should find download links for your tracks there.
While downloading select Downloads in the left-hand column and make sure Allow Simultaneous Downloads is unticked.
If the problem persists, or that facility is not yet available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the "Report a problem" links in your account history, or via Contact Support.

Why do some of the songs I purchased from itunes cut out half way through?

I've purchased a lot of music through itunes, and as I've been playing it, I've noticed that several of the songs stop half way through and just play silence for the last minute or two. This is very frustrating as I have spent hundreds of dollars buying music through iTunes. This occurs on all of my devices, iPhone 4, MacBook and iPad 2.

I'm having this exact problem now with an iPhone 4 (not the 4S) and running software 6.1.3 with iTunes version 11.0.4.4. - The songs play fine in iTunes. In some instances I brought in the songs from CDs, in other instances I purchased from the iTunes store meaning I can't simply convert them. In either way they play silence on my iPhone around halfway through and for the remainder of the track.
I have attempted a full restore from a backup, and then reloaded all of my music, same songs, same problem. I don't feel a manual restore would help because that means reprogramming every single app, and the music would be reloaded the same way so what difference could that make?
Just to add insult to injury my protection plan ran out about 2 weeks ago and my phone otherwise works fine, so this can't possibly be worth purchasing another pricey plan just to be allowed to TALK to Apple.

Volume of the song i purchased is not even

I purchased 'Empty Words' of Christina new Alubum 'Lotus' and the volume of the song through out the song is not even.

Try playing the track with Quicktime Player. Sound fine?
Do you have Soundcheck enabled in iTunes? This is supposed to help but sometimes does the opposite.
If the file has the same problem in Quicktime Player, contact Apple about this issue. It may have to do with the encoding (happens occasionally).

You may be able to redownload your iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
BTW, did you sync to the laptop before? Yu can only sync to one iTunes library. If you sync to to another library the iPod will be eerased and it contents replace with what is in the iTunes library on the computer.

I have been on here for more than an hour establishing a fricking name to get on this discussion forum, spent a bunch of time trying to find an actual customer service rep who would either refund my money or fix the problem... and this is what I get.
Thanks for a whole lot of nothing and I have a nice post-it reminding me never to buy another Apple product ever. Maybe if you spent the money for computer techs who worked in AmeriKa and spoke da Englais, they might've put the right song in the right place.

On, and I might mention that the iTunes Music Store has a couple of million tracks, all provided (and probably titled) by the record companies, so mistakes can happen. Don't get your knickers in such a twist over such a minor issue; give the iTMS a chance; they'll get you taken care of (though it may take a few days).
