Try going to Settings>Store and sign out and sign back in.
It also could be due to an Apple server problem. and yu will just have to wait and try again.

iOS devices do not have the BT profiles that support file sharing and othr general functions. See:

after this new itunes and ios7 update all my music is off my ipod touch unless i download them one artist at a time, i have over 3500 songs in there. really? is there no easier way to get my music back into my ipod? like a download all button? thanks.
thanks for the reply. guess i'll have to do that. apple, not really happy with what you've done with this latest update. have not been able to enjoy my music in my car since the update. most of us dont mind changes that progress timely, but this was much more than just a progression. this was a complete change. and not a good one, at all. thanks to the two people that replied. appreciate it.

I'd first try downloading an installer from the Apple website using a different web browser:

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

Try the standard fixes in squence:
- Reset the iPod (may not work because of power button problem).
Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore the iPod from backup
- Restore the iPod to factoery defaults/new iPod
If you still have a problem, it is likely due to a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order. -

How come my iMessages aren't sending anymore I have a iPod touch 5th gen. It was working and then like 5 minutes later it would not send any messages it always said not delivered even when I press retry and it doesn't send at all I even updated my iOS to iOS 7.04 to see if it will send my iMessages but it won't. I tried to send a message to anyone but it won't work even when before I would be able to send messages but something weird happened that made my messages not delivered. I just bought a new Ipod ios from a friend and she didn't reset it before she gave it to me and when I try to connect it to my laptop it keeps saying "Ipod is disable, connect to itunes"and it says to put in the correct passcode but I don't know what the passcode is and now I can't get ahold of my friend that sold it to me. Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

I have an iPhone 4S. Photo stream works for a while but then it will just stop and not upload any photos to iCloud. Rebooting the phone resolves the problem. This happens very often and is frustrating for something that should just work. Once they get uploaded, they are downloaded to other devices without a problem.
Any idea what could be going wrong with it? I hate taking pictures of stuff that I need on my other devices not knowing if they're going to make it there or not.

Thanks for the question. After reviewing your post, it sounds like Photo Stream works but stops and a restart fixes it. A frustrating situation for sure. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help you resolve or isolate the issue.

Close the Camera app on the device that took the photo. Photos won't upload from an iOS device to My Photo Stream until you close the Camera app.
