HT201272 What if my app was accidentally completely deleted, but I still have the receipt of purchase?
One of my apps was accidentally deleted by my two year old grandchild. It does not show upon the " purchased" columns, but I still have the purchase receipt in my email. How do I get it back?

It's a shame that it took a post on a discussion board to get this resolved, when going through the correct channels failed, but everything is working now, so that's the main thing.

My phone got stolen, and instead of getting a new Iphone, I went to droid. After about a week I realized that I wasn't able to recieve texts from anyone with an Iphone due to my Imessage still being "active" on the servers. Heres the hard part.... I do not know what apple ID I listed my phone to becuase my normal apple ID does not have my phone number listed. I still have the same number, so is there any way I can just see what apple ID my phone number is listed to.

I've had Dell, HP, Gateway, IBM, Compaq, Lenova, and other computer manufacturer's send replacement drives to users as warranty replacements. They normally take your credit card number so they can charge you if you don't return the defective part by a certain date. I can't understand why Toshiba is so **bleep** about this. I don't blame you for not wanting to send in your laptop to have the hard drive replaced under warranty. Just get a Western Digital Scorpio Blue from Newegg, ZipZoomFly, or some other reputable online reseller and replace it yourself.
If you don't post your COMPLETE model number it's very difficult to assist you. Please try to post in complete sentences with punctuation, capitals, and correct spelling. Toshiba does NOT provide any direct support in these forums. All support is User to User in their spare time. -
Ok, so I know if you go into Itunes and go to purchase history/ apps you can see the apps that have been downloaded in the past. What I want to know is if there is a way I can see the exact date/time the apps were downloaded/deleted.

2. click the welcome or welcome *name*
3. log in using your apple id
4. in the itunes in the cloud section, click view hidden purchace
5. click unhide next the app name and click done to confirm
6. the app now should be under purchace

The address book on my iPad2 will not open although it did before I downloaded iCloud. Following the manual instructions, I reset the iPad to network settings but the address book will still not open. I would be grateful for any advice on what to do next.
Have you an iCloud email address? Try deleting it temporarily.

I have downloaded a past purchase from the app store through iTunes. It was a trial game that you unlock with an in app purchase. I paid the price and unlocked it months ago and still have the receipt.
When I try to restore the purchase, the in-app unlock is no longer working and the App Store wants to charge me another $4.99.

You buy one and only one download. It is your responsibility to move/copy/backup your music.
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer. Use your backup copy to put the music back.
If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup (not good), then you can transfer itunes purchases from an ipod. File>Transfer Purchases -
