recovery mode dan can't to normal mode...it always blang...when i was restore from alway shown error 3491 or restor dan upgrading...

You could try a hard reset
- hold the home button and the sleep/wake button down at the same time
- the phone will turn off, when the apple logo appears release both buttons
More than likely after this you will still be in recovery mode. If so then you would need to restore the phone through itunes on a pc/mac.

Hello. I was trying to update my ipad 4 and it went to recovery mode and basically is locked. Cant' do anything with it. Does anybody knows how to exit recovery mode?

EXIT RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.

- Are you saying the you went to Settings>General>Reset>Erase all Content and Settings?
If so then if it competed the erase, you shuld just be able to turn it on and either set up the iPod via wif (if you had iOS 5) or connect to your computer and setup via iTunes.
- You can't do that try a reset.
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Next try placing the iPod in Recovery mode and restoring via iTunes.

First my lightning cable wont be recognize. show the error Accesory incompatible.
I try to solve the problem cleaning the golden pins in the cable and in the ipod. Don't work

Your problem is that you are trapped inside an event case. It is not a good idea to run extended code inside event cases, else the event structure cannot service other events.
Why don't you use the outer loop for everything? Now things don't step on each others toes. What good is an event structure if it cannot react at all times???

I’m trying to write a procedure in which I’m taking PROVINCE as an input parameter. All the provinces are stores in a table. I’m using a cursor and rowtype variable to check the province. After I finds province I displays province and its code. Everything works fine expect when I don’t find the province. I’m not sure how to exit from loop if I don’t find the province. I already uses exit when condition. I was expecting else condition should work and should exit from the loop but it doesn’t. Can please somebody show me how to exit if I don’t find province in the table through cursor.

Why don't you use dbms_output.Put_line and print output to find why logic is not able to execute? Maybe upper case/lower case/whitespace. *Also put your code between \ to preserve formatting*.

Differentiation between ADF Di disconnected mode and normal mode

Hi,
While opening the Di Excel, I need to differentiate whether excel is opened from disconnected mode or normal mode from the UI.
When opened from normal mode, I have to execute some method actions and while opening from disconnected mode I have to skip executing some method actions.
Any updates could be of great help.

There is no way to determine if the excel is opened in connected mode / disconnected mode.
If you've saved the workbook locally, then opening it from the local file system is disconnected mode. However, when you perform some operation (server side - say executing a method , performing download on the table etc), will initiate a request to the server, which will then work as online.
