Yes. IF you haven't imported it to your computer or it isn't included in your backup then you will lose the pics once you restore your phone.

Will i lose my music if i download the latest version of itunes?
No.
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer. You should never update anything without making sure that your backup copy is current, just in case -
If I create a new apple I'd will I lose my iTunesoney that a have on that account?
if I create a new apple I'd will my money trasfer to that account?
It won't transfer unless the iTunes Store staff puts that money back onto the card, which they will only do if none of a card's balance has been spent.

HT1212 Help If I restore my iPad will i lose my photos as I have not backed up before?
Hi all I have never sync my ipad before to itunes.I have now disabled my ipad as I changed the password and accidentally entered the password to many times incorrectly.
If I restore my device will I lose all my photos or will it backup the Ipad before the restore process starts, so I can restore my photo's later?
Kind Regards
CliconAll content will be removed, it won't be backed up first - and you may need to put the iPad into recovery mode in order to be able to reset it : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808
Have you been backing up to iCloud instead, or do you not have any backup ? -

I have all my music on my iPod ( which includes music from all my cd's that I bought from retail stores and I no longer have), if I back it up to ITunes will I lose it even though it is in iCloud ?
Also, I can not find any of my audio books that I bought and downloaded thru iTunes, why?For music purchased from iTunes you might be able to re-download it via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes.
For music copied from CDs, and for purchases if you can't redownload them, then there are some programs listed half-way down this page which should be able to copy them back from your iPod : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3991
There is also this page for syncing to a new computer (which, in effect, you will be) : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3141
Where are you looking for the audiobooks ? They are currently a one-time only download from the store, so they won't appear in the Purchased tab for redownloading. If you don't have them on a backup nor on your iPod (if they are on your iPod then File > Devices > Transfer Purchases should copy them back to your computer's iTunes), then if they are still in the store then you can try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will grant you a redownload : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption -
I backed up my phone yesterday on iTunes as I normally do and as I do not have enough memory I had to delete my photos to update the software. If I backup in a month will that override my last backup on iTunes and will I lose my photos. Plz help
you can change the sync settings in itunes. plug your phone into the computer, select the device in the side bar (it should have an iphone icon next to it), then select the tab for photos to modify the settings for what will and will not be synced.

When I went to download some pics (originally taken with my iphone 4S) from my computer back to my iPhone I got the following error message: "iTunes will no longer sync photos to the iPhone "Peter's iPhone". Do you want to keep or remove photos previosly synced to your iPhone?"
Coincidentally, my wife just purchased an iPhone 4S and syncs to iTunes on the same computer.
Any ideas?
PeterThe "best" way to handle it, if you want to keep everything separate, is to create separate user accounts on the computer. make sure you log into your account on the computer before you attempt to sync your phone and log out when you're done using the computer.
Though it's possible to sync both of them to the same iTunes library, and even share an account for the iTunes store, you're inviting confusion and possible data loss (as you've discovered already). Best to just use separate user accounts on the computer. That also gives you the benefit of not polluting the other persons browser favorites, contacts, etc. -
Recently got a new computer and downloaded iTunes. All of my music has downloaded from the cloud witht the exception of one song. I have tried transferring from my phone, but it won't work. How do I get it back without having to download again?

An Added Bonus is that you will have a Backup of iTunes. -
My iPhone 4 has never backed up to anything, the account I started it with I never used so I was never able to verify it or anything. I now have a new icloud account and I want to backup my phone before I get a new one in a couple of days. If I delete the old account will I lose my photos or will they still be on my phone (remember they've never been backed up)? Thanks!
You cannot delete an Apple ID, you can just stop using it. If your photos are still on your phone now, then I suggest you do back them up. Transfer them from the phone into your iPhoto Library. iCloud only backs up your Camera Roll automatically. But the Camera Roll only contains new photos that were taken but not yet transferred using iTunes.

ITunes will no longer sync photos to the iPhone
I keep getting the following message when syncing my phone: iTunes will no longer sync photos to the iPhone. I just recently updated my iPhone 5s to the latest iOS version and iTunes is the latest version as well. Has anyone else had the same problem?
Problem seems to be resolved. Photos are now syncing.

when i go to open up itunes this message appears "This copy if itunes is corrupted or not installed properly" If i remove itunes will i lose all my bac ups?
Let's try a repair install of iTunes first.
Restart the PC. If you're using Vista or 7, now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "iTunes" and then click "Repair". If you're using XP, head into your Add or Remove Programs control panel, select "iTunes", click "Change" and then click "Repair".
Can you launch your iTunes now? -
I have not connected my iPad to a pc yet and it has my songs on it that are on iTunes, will I lose this if I plug it onto a PC?
Since you have never plugged the iPad into your computer's iTunes yet - you are syncing to a "new" computer so .... Yes you will lose the music if you sync it with iTunes before making this your syncing computer.
But ..... You can transfer all of the iPad content into iTunes and that will make the iTunes library your new syncing library. Just follow all of the steps in this user tip and you will be OK. Then you will be able sync without losing anything.
