When I plug my I-phone into my PC and go to the "Computer" screen, it doesn't show up. I only have C, D and G on the screen. Where is it?
That is Windows way of telling you there is a problem. You need to remove the device and then reinstall it. You may have to uninstall iTunes and then reinstall it to make sure you have a good driver. You will need to follow the instructions in this document to the letter http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1923 to uninstall and then reinstall iTunes. Do this while the phone is disconnected. Then reconnect the phone and it should install a fresh driver. The uninstallation of iTunes will not affect your library.

Since the change of Snow Leopard on Mavericks, the entire system of the MacBook is much slower. This is already noticeable at the beginning (start the MacBook Pro). It runs through the entire software. z.Bsp. Open Safari / Outlook, iTunes and more. for about 2months absolutely no back-up of my devices is possible!!
Every time when you connect the hardware (iPhone 5 / iPad 2 / iPad Air) iTunes stops responding and needs to close above EXIT NOW!! No back-up's my hardware (see above) possible!!!

After updating my iPhone4s to the lastest update my photostream stopped updated onto my comuter. From my phone it looks like pictures have been moved into the photostream folder... but they are not showing up on my computer. Help!
I have signed out then back into the cloud. I have comfirmed location of the photostream folder. I have have even restored settings on my phone. any ideas on what I can do to get it working again? or do I have to accept defect, and manually save my photos?There's a whole lot to read in your post, and frankly I have not read it all.

My MacBook Pro was stolen last night. I need the serial number. It is not showing up on my devices list. My iPads and iPhones are. I have used it to to sync my phones and pads as well having it registered with apple. Any thoughts? Thanks

SIgn in with your Apple ID, the same one you used to access this support forum.
Hopefully, you will see a list of all the devices you registered with your Apple ID, including their serial numbers. Let me know how this works out.
Edit to add: If you enabled "find my imac" on your Pro, you ought to be able to remotely lock it, or even wipe its memory. Click http://www.icloud.com/ sign in with your Apple ID and click the big green "find my iPhone" icon (nevermind the name, it will find all your devices provided they're running Lion or iOS 5).
Then file a police report and nail the b*****d. -
My phone is not showing up in itunes. I want to sync it. I have a MAC and I have restarted the phone, it's charged, I have the most current version of itunes. What do I do now? It says to reinstall itunes if you have windows but not for mac. Help!
With your phone plugged in, open Image Capture and see if the iPhone shows up. If not, you are having a sync problem. If it shows up in Image Capture, but not iTunes, I'd delete iTunes and reinstall it.

Now that I have upgraded iPhoto and my iPhone, when I connect my phone to the computer, the phone does not show up in iPhoto and I no longer am asked if I wasnt to import my photos. I haven't upgraded to iCloud yet.

i have downloaded ios7 but now the recent calls (all and missed) in phone is not showing any of the received or outgoing calls. How do I get this to show?
First try a Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least Ten seconds... (But can take Longer)... until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons
If no joy... Try a Restore...
1: Connect the device to Your computer and open iTunes.
2: If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane.

I have an I phone 4s and I have many contacts in my phone. However, when my phone rings or I receive a message. The phone does not show the name of the caller. It only shows the phone number that is calling. I am sure this is a setting problem, but I have checked every setting I can think of. Any suggestions??
If you are a Verizon user try this:
Open the phone and dial *228. This is a Verizon over-the-air programming number.
When the system answer press 1 for "Program or activate your phone"
Wait for the call to disconnect. You should get a prompt stating "Settings updated."
Double tap the Home button to bring up the recently used apps list at the bottom. Locate the Phone, Message, and Contacts apps, swiping if necessary, and press and hold until they jiggle then press the red minus sign to stop them.
Wait a 3-5 minutes.
Try your phone again and see if it's fixed. -

SPA9xx Phone do not show correctly the CID info

After some tests, I have found a bug in the SPA9xx phones:
I have connected a SPA962 and some SPA942 to an Asterisk system.
I configured some queues, with which I identify the incoming call and set a TAG in the Caller ID.
Its for identifying from which city the call is coming from :
SIP call -----> Asterisks---->Queue ---> Tag "LYON"-------------------Agents(SPAxxx) Phones.
An incoming call shows on display the phones :
"LYON 0123456789"
This is OK.
But when there is an incoming call with "anonymous", I can see in the trace that SIP sent's "LYON anonymous" to the phones,
but they will show only "Anonymous Call" and the TAG "LYON" is lost/overwritten.
When I use a softphone, like Xlite, it shows "LYON anonymous" as CallerID.
Attached the trace and syslog where you can clearly see the problem.Dear Mr Montilla,
I disagree, its not a feature request, its a BUG !
To confirm I used a SNOM320 to see if it has the same behavior.
That's not the case because the SNOM worked as it should and showed me the complete information's !
It works also with softphones like Zoiper or Xlite.
So only the SPA9xx phones REPLACE, if there is an anonymous incoming call ALL supplementary information's by "ANONYMOUS".
Attached the photos of the displays from the SPA962 and the SNOM320 of the same incomming call.
I think the problem is quit clear. Its a bug.
I have around 48 SPA962 and 942 running on a Asterisk system and this bug blocks the whole deployment, as this function is a basic request this customer.
So I need ASAP a bugfix for this problem.

The iPhone 4S comes automatically loaded with iOS 5, and any updates after iOS 5.0 can be completed directly from on the phone in Settings > General > Software Update. If you are having trouble using iTunes to update software, I suggest you reset iTunes so that you can pair your phone to the computer again, because if you can't see the serial number and capacity, that generally means your phone isn't paired. For any problems this doesn't fix, please contact Apple directly through their automated help line, 1(800)MYAPPLE. -
Music on my phone does not show all the iTunes artwork, even after doing a backup restore, eliminating all music and restoring I have an iphone5 64 syncing about 8000 songs, so updating all is a time consuming, and now maddening process. Never had a problem before iOS 8. Someone (hello Apple) needs to develop a utility to help manage artwork recovery.
