If you set up a rescue email address you can have the answers sent to that.
Visit MyAppleId > Manage Your Account > Password and Security.
At this point you may be able to get a reminder sent out.

im trying to buy an album with a gift card i got and it sends me to these two security questions and i forgot both of them. i have a secondary email but when i try resetting the questions it doesnt offer it as a choice

The reset link will only show if you have a rescue email address on your account (an alternate email address is not a rescue email address) and you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions - you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

I want to change my password of the Apple Account. However, I was not allowed before answering correctly the two so called Security Questions. I totally forgot what are the answers as my account was created years ago. This is quite absurb as I can remember the password of my account but could not remember the answers of the security questions. We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support.
The page that you’ve posted from has instructions for how to reset them i.e. if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then steps 1 to 5 half-way down that page should let you reset them.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

If you can't remember them then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Security' and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (though some people are saying that it's currently taking longer due to something else that Apple are fixing/working on) - and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox

You've checked the spam folder on your rescue email account as well as the inbox, and you've tried clicking the reset link a second time ? If you have, and you still haven't received the email, then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

Hi If you use a new Apple ID when setting up new iPhone Any music or Apps you have paid for will be lost. If you want to use your Apple ID that you have go to apple/support/id/apple.com. Cheers Brian
