My country of origin is India but I couldn't link my UAE credit card with AppStore.

The only way to use an iTunes/App store front is to use a method of payment native to the store's country, with a billing address in that same country.  Stores are country specific - always have been.

    Here's some more detail:
    You have to do this from ITunes on your computer.  You can't do it from itunes.com.
    First start ITunes.  On the left side of the screen, go to Store and then ITunes Store.  From the Quicklinks on the right side of the screen, go to Account.  After you sign in, you will see your account and payment information.  Click on Edit next to Payment Type.  Click None, next to Visa MasterCard Amex Discover.  It will then remove your credit card from your ITunes Account.

    As we don't have the option to change the country of your Adobe ID we'd need to do the following:
    Cancel the current subscription as the country associated with your Adobe ID is UK
    You can create a new Adobe ID with Slovenia as the country using a different email address then sign up for the subscription
    If you wish to use the same email address, we can make a change in our system to allow you to do this.
    Please let me know if you wish to proceed with cancellation and whether you want to use a different email address to create a new account or use the same one.

    To remove the card's details from your iTunes account, tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account  - on your account's page there should be a payments link. Or you can do it via your computer's iTunes : go into the Store > View Account menu option and log into your account, and on your account's details click on the payment details link.
