If all else fails:
Go to: Apple Express Lane;
Under Product Categories choose iTunes;
Then choose iTunes Store;
Then choose Account Management;
Press Continue;
Now choose iTunes Store Security and answer the bullet questions, then click Continue;
Sign in with your Apple ID and press Continue;
Under Contact Options fill out the information and advise iTunes that you would like your security/challenge questions reset;
Click Send.
You should get a response within 24 hours by email.

If you don't have access to your rescue email account (an alternate email address is a different address/setting on your account) then you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset.

How can i change my security questions and answers? I have my ID and password but to log into itunes from my new iphone i don't remember the answers to the questions. I can log in fine on my computer just can't get the phone working.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

If you can remember them their current answers you can login here and change them : https://appleid.apple.com , click on 'Manage your Apple ID' and then 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of your account's page
If you can't remember their answers and you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

      Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
      should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
      security questions.
d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
      selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
      should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
      questions.
It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.

When I am trying to buy something from the iTunes store it askes me two security questions. I know what the answers should be but they do not seem to match what Apple has. So, I tried to change the questions but now it also wants me to change teh password. I don't want to change the password. The weird thing is that I never changed the questions/answers to my security questions, so I need these reset immediately to make sure that someone else does not steal my info, account, etc. Someone please help, it would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!

I received the same message, I got in and the security questions that are there had nothing to do to what I whould put as security questions, I received the email on May 1st. Any clues? Is this a problem with Apple ID system, auto asigning this to accounts that where opened many years ago?
