I'm trying to purchase some content on iTunes for the first time, so its asking me security questions that I really don't remember the answers to. How do I retrieve the answers to these questions?

    Welcome to the Apple community.
Providing you know your ID and password, you should be able to rewrite your security questions. Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account > password & security.

Click here for information. If you can't reset them through the method described in that article or by sending yourself a rescue email(the email may take a few hours to arrive), contact the iTunes Store staff via the link in the 'Additional Information' section.
It isn't possible to create a rescue email address without correctly answering two of the questions. Nobody on these boards can reset them for you.

How do I retreive answers to my security questions?

This cannot be done. At best, you can reset your password, but you will not be able to reset your security questions unless you know the answers to your current security questions.
    To change your password...
    appleid.apple.com
    click "forgot my password"
    "Manage Your Apple ID"
type in your email Apple ID
check the email address that is your Apple ID.
    look email from Apple
find the link to Reset Your Password in the email, click it.
    All the best!

Another user had success doing the following:
I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
      a. on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" >
tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
      b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
"done", in the upper right corner
      c. sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the
Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
          security questions.
      d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
          questions.
It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.
    Good Luck friends!

  • HT201303 How Can I change my apple ID security questions

How can I change my apple ID security questions

For the price point of Apple products you'd think they would not charge extra for support. I just got off the phone with support and was informed I cant recieve any help outside of this forum link which was promptly sent in response to being unable to reset Apple ID security questions. Possibly, I will have to reset my password thus resetting the security questions.
