Yes. By design an iPhone will sync iTunes content with ONE computer at a time. Any attempt to sync such content with a second computer will result in ALL iTunes content being first erased from your phone, to be replaced with the content from the second computer. Apple provides no way to transfer non-purchased iTunes content from your phone to any computer. For that, you'll have to use third-party software:

Itunes wants me to input my security code. Everything that is filled out is correct. I'm worried my account may have been hacked? I was able to buy music just fine a few weeks ago. We just changed internet provider last weekend, could this be the problem? iTunes is recognizing the new internet provider as a "new computer or device?"
thanks!Pet peeve. I use multiple computers in the house, and when I go to another computer (tend to buy movies from living room) if I go back to my den and buy music, I get the message.
As long as they are of the 5 authorized allowed, I don't understand or see why, not like it is from a different IP address even.
I chalk it up to poor design and implemenation.
There are concerns regarding phony purchases and that iTunes is popular means there are scams, phishing and others.
So this may be one step, annoying one, to stem the thread detailed over the last months.

When beginning to proceed to check-out and starting with my Billing Info in MAS I got a warning that I have accessed from a new computer or device and I have to verify my sec.code, though I have never accessed my Apple ID account from any new iDevice or a computer. No problem with verifying but I'm curious for why it said so?

The following information should be helpful for getting your account verified.
I cannot sign in to the iCloud Preferences pane on my Mac due to an alert stating that my email address has not been verified.
If you cannot sign in due to an alert stating "Account not verified - Check your email for instructions for verifying your account":
Close and reopen the iCloud Preferences pane before logging in again.
If that does not resolve the issue, check your email folder and Junk folder for a verification email sent from Apple.
If there is no verification email in your email folder or Junk folder, click the Resend Verification Email button on the iCloud Preferences pane.

I keep getting this message and I have no idea why. I only have 2 devices on my itunes account and both are my personal computers that no one can access, i deauthorized every other device I used to have on it, so my itunes account shouldnt be being accessed by any "new computers or devices". Somebody please tell me why I keep seeing this message and how I can get it to stop and just let me buy stuff. I even reentered my card information again and it's trying to tell me my security code is invalid, when I know very well that it isn't. Somebody help me!

Here manually manage your content it's more safer than to sync your items
If you have iTunes 7 or later*, follow these instructions:
Connect the device to your computer.
Open iTunes.
Select iPhone, iPad, or iPod in the Devices list.
Click the Summary tab and select "Manually manage music and videos".
Click Apply.
Even when you have enabled manual management, you can still sync some content automatically. Select any content tab, such as Video, to enable automatic syncing for that type of content. -

You have to respond to the verification email that Apple should have sent to you by clicking the Verify Now link. Make sure you check the email address you used to set up your iCloud account. This would not normally be an @icloud.com email address. Also make sure you check the spam/junk folder as well as the inbox. If it isn't there, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage your Apple ID, sign in, click on Name, ID and Email addresses on the left, then to the right click Resend under your Primary Email Address to resend the verification email.

CarinaWith a POP account, every email client has an option for removing messages from the server when downloaded by the email client with the account settings.
The Mail app on a Mac includes this as with any other email client.
The Mail app with an iOS device does not include an option for removing messages from the server right away after being downloaded as with an email client on a computer. With an iOS device the options include when moved from Inbox or after 7 days, not right away after being downloaded.
Although it is possible to access a POP account with more than one email client, a POP account is designed to be accessed with a single email client only for this and other reasons. No mailboxes with a POP account can be kept synchronized with the server with an email client.
It is now possible to access a Hotmail account as an Exchange account with the Mail app on an iOS device. Doing so would probably work better for you. Instructions for doing so available at Microsoft's website or via their Hotmail website.
