HT201303 I forgot my security questions. How do I change them?

I can't remember my security questions and it won't let me purchase apps on my account because I forgot the questions. HELP?

Manage My Apple ID
If all else fails:
Go to: Apple Express Lane;
Under Product Categories choose iTunes;
Then choose iTunes Store;
Then choose Account Management;
Press Continue;
Now choose iTunes Store Security and answer the bullet questions, then click Continue;
Sign in with your Apple ID and press Continue;
Under Contact Options fill out the information and advise iTunes that you would like your security/challenge questions reset;
Click Send.
You should get a response within 24 hours by email.

So I've forgotten my security questions, and for some reason there is no option for me to use my email to change them when editing my apple ID, though many other users seem to find this solving their problem. Is there some other way I could do this online? If possible, I would prefer not to call apple support.

It isn't possible to create a rescue email address without correctly answering two of the questions. Nobody on these boards can reset them for you.

I made this account ten years ago, and just recently tried to use money thats been credited to my account. I forgot my security questions and want to know how I retreive them or possibly update them.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
