Two approaches, you can go to http://appleid.apple.com and then use Manage Account to make changes, or you can follow the process per the knowledge base article:Change or remove your payment information from your iTunes Store account (Apple ID)

HI, i bought my i touch 4th gen from the philippines, and i transferred here in the US. i would like to purchase an application here in the US but i wont allow me to. and i have been trying to change my address and country but it wont let me too.
What happens when you change your address in your iTunes account? You also have to have a payment method associated with the USA, For example gift cards are restricted to the country of their purchase.

I have been trying to change my Apple password. They are asking me "security"
questions and I am answerng them correctly yet they tell me that my answer don't match their information. They know nothing about me so how do they know what the correct info is? How does one deal with this? Thanksthe ?'s were setup when account was created or modified. you can select the email authentication method to change password at iforgot.apple.com
or call apple at 1-800-694-7466 and ask for account security

If your new email address is an Apple-related email account (e.g., Mobileme account), you will get the 'email is already in use' message. If this is the case, you cannot consolidate your old Apple ID with your new one. I (and many others) have ran into this same issue.
If this is indeed the cause of your problem, I recommend that you start using your new Apple ID exclusively. If you made a considerable number of purchases under your old Apple ID (i.e., through iTunes), you will still have to log in under your old ID for that account.
Hopefully, one day Apple will allow us to consolidate accounts.

Select the song or CD you want to edit, and choose File > Get Info (or press Control-I).
Click Info and make your changes.
Tip: If you’re changing the same information (for example, the genre) for multiple items, you can select all the items and change the information for them at the same time.
Create your own genre category by clicking Info and typing the category in the Genre field.

I have an ipad 2, MC769x it is running 4.3.3 (8j2) i have been trying to upgrade to ios 5 or higher but a) I don't have a software update option on my Settings / General screen. And b) when I go into itunes I don't get tihe options suggested on the forums. I really want to upgrade my ipad as I want to buy and install some apps that are only available from ios5 onwards. I have been a big apple fan but I am now wondering if my ipad2 was a mistake.

I have been trying to set up icloud on my ipad but after I run the program, nothing shows up on my computer screen or ipad. Have I left something out?
Thanks. That was indeed the problem. A few hints for others with this problem. You can only find out that you need to upgrade, and upgrade, by cabling your iPad to your computer. Then the next Tricky part is making sure you have your iPad purchases saved on your computer. Then you download the new OS upgrade and you will get a "start up" type of screen on your iPad with a few questions. Nowhere is there a very good explanation that you want to then go back to your computer and restore your iPad. I finally did that because there were no other obvious alternatives, though all the warnings made me very nervous. After the restore command, I synched my iPad and I seem to have everything back, and I can now access iCloud. maybe I missed some instructions somewhere, but I found this process much more obscure than the usual Apple directions. Thanks for your help!

It needs Mac OS X Snow Leopard. Buy Snow Leopard > http://store.apple.com/us/product/MC573/mac-os-x-106-snow-leopard Then, make a backup, insert the disc and upgrade. Finally, go to > Software Update and install the most recent version. You'll be able to install that app now.

Most likely a hardware failure, & if so, you won't be able to restore/activte your phone. If you've tried at least two times, & are still getting this error, make an appointment at any Apple store, or call AppleCare.

I have been trying to download films on my I Pad but receive a message saying insuficient storage space, update. I updated a d paíd for extra space but still receive same message and cannot download the films. Any suggestionx
The message is referring to not having enough space on your iPad, not to not having enough space in your iCloud account. Purchasing additional storage in your iCloud account does not give you more available space on your iPad.
You can check how much space you have available on your iPad by going to Settings>General>Usage. If you don't have enough, you'll have to delete or sync some data off your iPad to free up additional space. -
I tried to go into my account as well in setting to tried to change my payment method to none but I can not change it. I do not want my payment method on my account any more. I can not even download free apps because it states that my payment information is wrong, but I know that it's not. What can I do to delete my payment information? Please if anyone can help, please send me any suggests.
Turn off FaceTime and iMessage.

You can also go to the ExpressLane at https://expresslane.apple.com and then iTunes > iTunes Store > Password and Security Questions and fill out the form.
