HT201303 I have security questions, the one that was originally entered is forgotten. I cannot use my phone because I updated. Will you please HELP??

Please help me change the security questions.  I have tried all your sights with no luck.  I have changed the name, and password, which worked ok, but the security questions which were originally setup are forgotten .  Will you please help me get this corrected?  I'm not a happly camper at the moment because it has been two days starting when I updated the 7.01.04, I cannot use my phone. Delores S. Owens Model No. on phone A1349, EMC # 2422, FCCID-BCG-E24228  This is all the info I have.
