I can't upload new apps or updated apps, and it shows that I have problem with last purchase. I guess my credit card is over limit and the purchase is not completed because of uncollected. I have filled up some to my credit card. Will it deduct later?

I have asked for your email address to be edited out. Posting your address in an open thread is a sure way to be bombarded by unwanted email, remember it will be here long after you have resolved your problem, for automated detection software to find.
If you want people to contact you, enable others to see your email address in your profile.
You should start by changing the password on your account.
Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account > Password and Security. -

Thanks. Sadly I always seem to have trouble following even the simplest and clearest directions.
I went to iTunes>Store. I swear 'view my account' doesn't exist, but i did see 'account'. The drop down menu only listed options to do with orders. No mention of purchases.
I then rang the local apple store and an 'Applette' guided me through the apple website so I could report my problem. Even then, we encountered a button that was invisible to me. It only showed itself in the 'mouse-over' state as my cursor changed into the pointing hand. Sheesh!! Such is my luck.
Anyway, the 'Applette' agreed that it was suspicious that I hadn't received an emailed invoice for any of the contentious purchases. I may well have been hacked. The problem has not been solved but it has been reported.

I have some unknown Itunes charges on my credit card that I have been busting my brains on getting an answer. I HATE not getting to talk to a real person!!!! Same amount Charges show three consecutive days but does NOT show on my itunes purchase history. Suggestions greatly appreciated. A hammer to smash the computer would help too.
If they don't show on your purchase history on your account then have you have you added or changed your credit card details on your account - when you do then a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the details are correct and valid, which should disappear within a few days) ? I have two small charges on my credit card from iTunes store and I would like to find out what they are. The number listed is a recording and tells me to come to the website for answers. There is no sign of any purcases in my itunes store. Where can I get a person to talk to from I tunes? Has any one had this happen to them?
Look at you purchase history.
Open itunes, click on your name in the top right corner and go to your account and look.
BTW, there is no telephone support for itunes at all. -
When you get a apple receipt for itunes songs and you paid with a itunes gift card do they charge you or give you store credit what's store credit is it good or bad or does it charge you if you have a free account with no credit cards at all is it bad?
iTunes credits are, for example, if you download a song from the store and it's found to be corrupt - if the track can't be fixed then iTunes support will tend to give you a song credit for a free download.
When you purchase music from the store then any credits that you have will be used first, then any balance that you have (e.g. from iTunes gift cards or allowances), and any remaining amount will be taken from your credit card. -

I made a purchase using two credit cards, one is mine and the other is my mother's. We each have different billing addresses, but it is all under my billing address. Is there going to be a problem with the order?
For any order (free or paid), once it has been submitted and processed successfully, you may not need to worry about this order any more.
If you worry about this, wait for the receipt sent to your email address.
I don't use multiple credit card to make purchase so I cannot duplicate your issue. Sorry. -

I have opened my account on my credit card and there has been 3 payments go from my account. 17.49 and then day before 5.49 and 4 days before 4.99. Really annoyed that apple can let this happen and letting app makers con people by doing this.

It is still not possible to have two credit cards with your iTunes store account. I've just had a discussion with an Apple representative who suggested I give feedback to Apple about this. The more we are, Apple might listen to us in the end.

I’m surprised as are many other people who have the same issue (can see this in many forum threads) that Apple don’t give us the possibility to have at least 2 credit cards with one AppleID/account like most other vendors do (even much smaller than Apple). This certainly forces people to buy some stuff elsewhere that they otherwise would have purchased from Apple (for example books) or restrain from buying things they would have bought if they had a choice to use a second Credit Card.
Not having this option puts me in a precarious situation since it would not be OK to buy just anything with the Credit Card that is tied to my business (and in many cases like mine the business is only one person, the VAT No being the same as my social security No).
Sole traders need an option too.

I just notice that there were a lot of unautorized purchases in my credit card from itunes.
Do you have kids? They may have made in-app purchases.
You can block in-app purchases by using Settings>General> Restrictions
