You'll need to reset the password that account then before you can transfer these purchases to your iTunes library and your iPhone.

If that doesn't work, you'll need to contact Apple support directly by phone and have them walk you through resetting the account information.

As I said you need to:
You need to wipe the hard disk and reinstall the OS by booting into the recovery partition and reinstall the original OS via the internet. It will ask you to enter your ID

If you want to update your address or payment details then you can do so by logging into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option.

Welcome to the Apple community.
Unfortunately, you would need to remove the hard drive from the Apple TV and connect it to your Mac using an appropriate cradle in order to remove those files.

Open itunes or the app store and navigate to the bottom of the page , there you can find your email adress click on it and choose to view your apple id then enter payment and update your billing info.

On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View My Account menu option and logging into it. If you are doing it on your iPad then you could try tapping on your id in Settings > Store and selecting 'View Apple ID' on the popup, and you should then be able to see your payment info.

You are trying to find a loophole to circumvent a basic rule that prohibits the transfer of purchased content from one Apple ID to another.
Content tied to an Apple ID are bound to that Apple ID forever. You can not merge or trade accounts. Well, not (officially) anyway...
