Chargebacks dont' disable your account permanently... you can always contact iTS and after verification it will be re-enabled.
I guess, if you don't get back to iTS then yes, it could sit permanently in that state..

I can completely understand your frustration...and I wish you the best of luck. But as a Finance Manager, trust me, a person with great credit taking a ding on their report for an amount of such will have a heck of an impact...more than you probably are aware of. Will it stop you from having credit extended to you...probably not...but it will have a significant impact on your score and 99% of all lending institutions don't rely on human eyes to view a credit report...it's all automated. A credit score is assigned and an interest rate it reflects such. Very little a human can do to get it altered...trust me, I know.
Fight a good fight with VZW if you so desire...but don't take a perfect credit score and ruin it over this situation. Even if VZW at some point corrects this issue...getting a TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax to correct an error is tough...really tough...you'd probably have better luck finding a ship at an airport than having them actually correct an error. I know $7K is a lot to hand over...especially if you're unsure of getting it back...but as crazy as it may seem, and I know it does, excellent credit takes years to build and only 1 bad month to ruin...and it lingers for YEARS! I've sync'd my phone, I've turned it to "show all music" in Settings, I've drag and dropped the songs/albums onto my phone again. I feel like I've tried everything I've seen recommended, but nothing works.

Once you successfully add you iTunes library to iTunes Match, you go to Settings>iTunes & App Store on your iOS device and turn on iTunes Match. Your iTunes Match library will then appear on your iOS device.

I lost the phone over a year ago, but I spent hundreds of dollars on music albums. since then I have never been able to find out if I can get the albums that I purchased and save them in my computer. I don't have a iphone or other cell phone at the moment. the phone that I lost was not backed up. if anyone know how to do that, I would be thrilled.

Apps are always tied to the ID that was used to purchase them originally. Did you try entering your old password and see if that works?
If you need to sign out of your old account go to Settings>Store>Tap on your ID and sign out. Sign in with the new one.
you can also access your ID in the featured tab of the App Store. Swipe to the bottom of the screen and you will find it there as well.

Apple recommends you change your Apple ID to your current, working email address. This will not create another Apple ID, it will only change it to your working email address. See Changing the name you use for your Apple ID if you'd like more information.
Note: @mac.com and @me.com Apple IDs can not be renamed. If you no longer use the .mac or .me email address be sure to add your valid email address as an additional email address.

ITunes on Windows only has the music that I purchased after the move

Hi all,
I have a Mac Book Pro and I also have a Windows 7 laptop. The Windows 7 laptop already has the latest version of iTunes installed but the library is empty. I followed http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4527 to copy my files from my mac to a flash drive. I then copied my files to my Windows laptop. Now, all my files are in the Windows laptop. I held down the shift key while opening iTunes on the Windows laptop and select the iTunes Library.itl file (after renaming it from ._iTunes Library.itl) from copied over from the mac.
However, in iTunes on Windows, it is only listing the music that I purchased with the mac but not the music that I manually added to the mac. I double checked and all the music files (both purchased and manually added) are on the Windows laptop. Other than manually adding those files on Windows, are there some other library files that I need to copy over from my mac to my windows laptop?

Where did you get that from? The libray on the Mac should have been called iTunes Library, with or without a .itl extension, but no leading ._
I suspect you need to go back to the Mac and copy the correct file.

The entire point of this is that you can redownload any and all of your past purchases.

Empty/corrupt library after upgrade/crash
Hopefully it's not been too long since you last upgraded iTunes, in fact if you get an empty/incomplete library immediately after upgrading then with the following steps you shouldn't lose a thing or need to do any further housekeeping. Note that in iTunes 11 an "empty" library may show your past purchases with links to stream or download them.
In the Previous iTunes Libraries folder should be a number of dated iTunes Library files. Take the most recent of these and copy it into the iTunes folder. Rename iTunes Library.itl as iTunes Library (Corrupt).itl and then rename the restored file as iTunes Library.itl. Start iTunes. Should all be good, bar any recent additions to or deletions from your library.
See iTunes Folder Watch for a tool to catch up with any changes since the backup file was created.
When you get it all working make a backup!
Should you be in the unfortunate position where you are no longer able to access your original library, or a backup of it, then see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.
