How do I delete my old billing info and re-authorize my computer. It keeps saying security code incorrect.
It means that the issuer of the credit or debit card you have on file in your iTunes account rejected a charge or account confirmation. It is not an Apple problem; Apple is just passing through the message from your issuer. There are a number of reasons the charge or verification might be declined:
Insufficient balance or account in arrears
Account suspended for suspected fraud (not necessarily by you)
Error in card number
Wrong expiration date
Wrong CCV code
Address in your iTunes account does not match exactly the billing address for the card
The card was not issued in the country of the iTunes store

Hi, there! I left US for Turkey a few months ago leaving MS, US. So I don't use my US credit card any more. I need to change my billing information. But I don't know how to change the Country which has already been assigned as US.

Hi Frank,
You remove your billing information from your iTunes account - not your actual device. You have to sign onto iTunes on your computer, then go to Account Information, and edit the Payment Type.

It would be best for you to open iTunes, sign in and view your account. If all the purchases were paid already instead of entering your new card information, it will give you an option for "NONE" as a payment method. Again this is not applicable of you have a pending charges with iTUnes

Why can't I download apps I have to pay for on to my new iPad Mini. I have had an Apple id for my iPhone for years and have downloaded app to it, no problems. When I try to download apps to my new iPad Mini, it tells me my billing info has to be confirmed. After confirming with same info that is already there it tells me to contact support, no help up to this point.
Could the credit card be expired?
Beyond that, what you need to do is contact iTunes support, they can tell you exactly what is wrong, none of us here can do that.

Recently in the Bahamas where I helped a friend with his new iPad. We could not find Bahamas in initial setup so we used United States and could not enter Visa/MC billing address in Bahamas. iTunes rejected, billing info is not what's on file. What to do?
Just to recap, this is a collection of ports I have collected over time for people who needed this information when setting up the HP ePrint app so that they could view their email from within the app. I am certain other applications also need this information. Although lengthy, I could not find a more comprehensive place to retrieve this information. Feel free to post additional information, faulty information, or other related topics below as this is simply a collection of data and it would be practically impossible to test all of them. I will like to change my payment information but my new credit card is not American , Is Canadian .How can i change the country on my billing info? I cant seam to be able to do it .
Thanks a lot for your help ,What country are you in ? If you are in the US then you can only use the US iTune store, and you can't use a Canadian credit card with the US store - a credit card needs to have been issued by a bank in the country where you are.
If you are in Canada then remove your old credit card from your account and then update your country/region and billing address on your account e.g. by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your phone and 'view Apple id' on the popup, or via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes -
hello i just purcased a new imac and i cant make a pyment in app store ... it says your payment method was declined .. i am clicking on billing info to edit payment and i input again my visa but an error appears again ... i am sure all the information i am filling is correct ..
Was this VISA card issued to you by a bank in the same country where you live and whose Mac App Store you are trying to use? Do you have a verifiable billing address for this card in the same country? Or is this a VISA debit card that you bought in a local store?
