Did you follow the instructions in the message and contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support. If Apple have asked you to contact them, then the issue can only be resolved by them.

I can create apple ID in mozilla firefox.
But I can't sign in on itune.
After I fill up all with without using credit card, it appears this sentence "please contact itune support to complete this transaction."
I use both mac book pro & sony vaio.
Like this appears on both pc.

why do i keep getting the message "Please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction."? Oh, and I would love to contact support but they are never open for business when this happens to me so I was hoping someone knew what the heck was going on. I love my ipad and hate that I can't get the in app purchases that I need in order to advance to the next level to buy if I don't want to start the whole game again!! Please help. Let me know what you did to bypass this or get an itunes associate on the phone or what ever so I can solve this NOW!?

OK, then you need to do what it says, contact iTunes support (this forum is not iTunes support, if you were thinking it was). Click the Support tab at the top of the page and go to the Contact Us area and you'll be guided.

As frequent customer buying iTunes Gift Card, I would appreciate your kind clarification on below points, for my best reference:
- I'm using Apple ID Canada and playing a game (i.e. Clash of Clans from http://www.supercell.net) which identifies each game account by their GameCenter account. Hence in case of using only this Apple ID, for how many account game I can buy in-app purchases?

I have multiple Apple IDs. Is there a way for me to merge them into a single Apple ID?
Apple IDs cannot be merged. You should use your preferred Apple ID from now on, but you can still access your purchased items such as music, movies, or software using your other Apple IDs. -

They would need an itunes account based in the country in which they live.
