I brought a $15.00 iTunes card on 12-1-13, I brought songs and videos. iTunes did not give me two of the videos, I brought. The $2.58 was taken off the card. The video's were (willow smith)-whip my hair and (soulja boy)-crank dat.
I just want the 2 video's I brought, thank you.

If you are wondering why you are not getting any responses, it is because you have vented a complaint without any details that make any sense or give anyone something to work on.
If you want help, I suggest actually detailing what has happened, with versions of software etc. Anything that would let us assist.
As a start I am guessing that you have not really got the hang of "How it all works". Firstly download the Pages09_UserGuide.pdf from under the Help menu. Read that and view the Video Tutorials in the same place. A good addition would be the iWork 09 Missing manual book and something to help you learn how to use your Mac.

You appear to have an iPhone 5. Snipsnap 2.4.2, the current version, says it works on iPhone 5, iOS 5.0 or later. Why do you want an out of date version of the app?

HT1688 I used a MC $50 Giftcard for the iTunes one day. It was supposed to update the games, and other apps on my phone. Only, it wouldn't go through, the credit card was declined. Still, I was charged 4 times. How do I get this back??

I bought a Mastercard Giftcard for $50 the other day. It was only because the games needed updating before I could play them again, and my card on file had expired.
I kept getting a message stating the the card was declined. Also, it kept telling me to try to put in another card, or different form of payment.
I tried several times to get the MC to go through, and it didn't. It was not even showing that the card info even updated!
When I went to check the amount of the giftcard, there were 4 pending charges of $10.89 on it.
How do I get this money back? Please let me know as soon as possible.

Tones is the new name for Ringtones. If the entry is missing in the left-hand column of iTunes then enable it from Edit > Preferences > General tab.
If your existing tones are not syncing properly to your iOS device then uncheck the option to Sync Tones from the Tones tab when the device is connected, sync the device, check the option and sync again.

I recently purchased a 4S. I now have 2 files in my iCloud both with my name. One from my 3gs and one from my 4S. The problem is the data history of all my games and 3rd party apps did not transfer over to my 4S. Is there a way to merge the two in icloud?

I backed up my 3gs to the iCloud and when I synced my 4S, it did not transfer my game histories or my 3rd party app histories. When I look at my iCloud storage, it shows both phones under the same name. Is there a way to merge them together in iCloud? I tried adding the account to my 4S but since they are both named the same, it says I already have that account added! Help!!

Assuming you have finished with your old backup.....
You can see what your iCloud storage is used for and delete any unwanted content at settings > iCloud > backup & storage > manage......

Am I not entitled to Dreamweaver version 13.1 or 13.2? If I am, how do I get it?

I bought Dreamweaver CS6 a couple months after it came out (Student/Teacher Version) on DVD and installed onto my desktop and laptop. Am I not entitled to Dreamweaver version 13.1 or 13.2? If I am, how do I get it? Do I have to start all over with Creative Cloud? (I was really hoping to avoid CC)...

You are entitled to a discount for the upgrade to Dreamweaver 13.2 a.k.a. Dreamweaver CC.
Unfortunately, after version CS6, Dreamweaver is no longer available with a perpetual license; it is only available by subscribing to Creative Cloud.

If you moved them to your iPad then they will have been removed from your Mac. Did you choose the wrong back up? There should be a drop box when you go to "Restore from Back up" in iTunes and your iPhone is plugged in, on the Summary page. Choose the correct back up. If you can't find one, and you still have your device, back up your iPhone 4 again and then choose that back up. Or check for an old iCloud back up if you have one.
