HT201304 I can't buy any application on itunes in my iphone, i must verify payment method everytime, and it doesn't work... What's wrong?

Few days ago untill now, i want to buy some application from my iphone4s. Unfortunely, everytime i want to buy it, i must verify my account payment and fill the blank for security code, expired month & year of the credit card that i use. After i filled it as they want, the itunes said that my payment method was declined.
I call the customer service of my credit card, they said nothing wrong with my credit card. My credit card type is Visa, it's fine, it's working properly.
So why, i still can't buy application from itunes untill now? Hope you guys can give me solutions.

That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.
XP instructions in the following document: How to perform disk error checking in Windows XP
Vista instructions in the following document: Check your hard disk for errors
Windows 7 instructions in the following document: How to use CHKDSK (Check Disk)
Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards?

    I am also on my forth hard drive on the same model.
    When I unpacked the computer, the hard drive did not include OS X either. Actually, it was completely blank. Did not even have a partition table! I have also had random problems with the machine not charging.
    I have replaced the drive myself with an SSD after figuring the Apple Certified technicians were incompetent. Now even the SSD is starting to fail
    I have bought an HP laptop and setup Ubuntu on it. Hope it turns out better than my previous four various Mac models. All have had various repeating hardware issues that Apple Certified technicians have been unable or unwilling to correct.

    For the past few weeks I can't buy any apps from the iTunes store. It just says that "it's not possible to finish the purchase. To get get help contact iTunes Support on the website."
    I have no idea why this happens, I checked all my info and it's all good... I also tried to contact Apple Support, but for my country (Portugal) we can only make calls and I've been trying for a while and it's impossible to reach them... To make things even better, I'm not in Portugal at the moment, so a call is quite expensive...
    I also tried to buy apps on all sorts of devices (macbook pro, iphone 6 and ipad mini) with different accounts but all of them with the same problem...
    Does anyone have any idea about how to solve this problem?? I would really appreciate!

    You have to be in a country to use its store and it has always been that way - from the Portugal store's terms (and other countries will be the same) which you agreed to :

    No, you can only buy from your country's store - to be able to buy from the Chilean store you need to be in Chile with a Chilean billing address on your account. You can try requesting that the film be added to the Netherlands store, but without the film studio's agreement Apple won't be able to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

  • I can't update any of my apps. It keeps asking to Verify Payment Info

    I  got a notice to reset my password and now when i try to download app updates it asks to "Verify Payment Info" and then asks to log in again. When I do, it asks to log in again, and again and again.

    Ok, so I figured it out. I checked my iPhone and it was having the same trouble.  So I went to settings (on the iPhone and iPad) selected store and logged out of the store.  Then on my computer, I logged in to iTunes.  I went to buy something (a free item...doesn't have to cost anything) and it prompted me to update the payment info (essentially needed to add the security code to my credit card).  Then I gave it a minute or two to process...just in case.  Logged back in to my iPhone and iPad and everything is back to normal.
    Glad it's working, but they should really fix that issue on the mobile devices.  Luckily I have iTunes on a computer, so don't have that (they only have the iPad...which they wouldn't be able to update). 
    Oh well...thanks all for trying to help!

    I always have the same error : Can't buy...Try later.
    When i change the language, it downloads the app...

    I verified all my settings and my iTunes account. They are good.
    The solution i found yesterday didn't work today. I have the same problem.
    When i launch iTunes on my mac and i try to purchase an application, my iPhone tells me it's not possible but the download is launched on my mac. And once the download is finished with iTunes, my iPhone downloads the application.
    My problem is only on my phone and for the moment i have no solutions.
    I have an iPhone 5 on iOS 7 and no problem...
    Have you an idea ?

    BTW, the iPhone only has ONE speaker.

    You can check the purchase history on your account via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes, though I'm not sure if that shows auto-renewing subscriptions. Have you added or changed your credit card details on your account (when you do then a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the details are correct and valid, which should disappear within a few days) ? If you haven't changed your card details or can't find or don't recognise what the charge is for then you can contact iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

    Have you redeemed your iTunes card to an account associated with an Apple ID?
    Once you have your iPad associated with an Apple ID AND you have an account with a credit card associated with the same Apple ID AND you have some 'store credit' (from redeeming your iTunes card) then purchases use the store credit before they charge the credit card, so you should be ok!
    Personally, I use 'store credit' as a way to monitor whether or not there have been any 'unauthorised' purchases because as soon as the store credit is zero, the security code from the credit card is needed for further purchases!  It does mean that I have sometimes to top up store credit before making a purchase, but 'better safe than sorry'!
