I'm not sure what you mean by "iTunes is not enabled" -- if you read the above link, the question is whether you've previously synced with the iTunes application on a computer. What happened to your phone that you are trying to restore to a backup that is encrypted? If you have your contacts in iCloud, you can just turn iCloud back on when you get the phone working, if it isn't, and that will bring your contacts back. You won't need to do a restore from an iCloud backup if you were not doing an iCloud backup anyway. If you log into www.icloud.com and look at contacts, what do you see there?

I updated my ipad mini to ios7 and after that the restrictions have been turned on automatically. It was off before the update and I din do after either. I tried 1234 but it doesn't work. Please help me.

2. The email you received DOES NOT say your Apple ID cannot be used to unlock this iPad. The email informs you that your Apple ID was used to unlock an iPad. Fortunately the iPad is yours. The message confirms that. If your Apple ID was used to unlock an iPad that was not yours your would then know to change your password. Since the iPad is yours you do not need to change your password.

we have different web applications running
e.g.
We have 2 webApp named A and B are running and there URL are
http://localhost:8080/A and
http://localhost:8080/B
and we have one common WebApp running at
http://localhost:8080/common
Our problem is that whenever a user log in to the system he/she will first call the
common URL and then enter his user name and password
and depending on his username we have redirect user to either A or B with his pasword and username as parameter to the request.
i.e. in common module whenever i get userName and password we call a Servlet to authenticate the user and to detemine which webapp to forward to..
i have to call jsp accordingly from servlet in common webApp to JSP in different webapp.
I m wonderning how it is possilble.
As
i don't know how to call another webApp using
RequestDispatcher.forward () method and
also
i am not able to set paramters with the request whenever i user response.sendRedirect() method
I am wondering what could be the way to pass paramer to the request from servlet in one webApp to JSP in another webApp
Please help its urgent!!!
thankx in advanceforward() can't call another webapp.
There are several ways you could do this.
1) Share the session object across both webapps and set something as an attribute of the session.
2) Use a database or file storage to record the transaction, then go to the second webapp, which picks up that info. -
I cannot turn on my wifi! I have reset and turned off my phone multiple times and the Wifi button is completely greyed out. please help me
I had the same issue and i just resolved it, I have an iphone 4s and last night was al perfect and this morning i just verified that i had a new updated installed on my phone and my WiFi was disable and did restore as new like crazy until i did this after me being tired of restoring my phone from factory setting and then my lately back up on icloud i did my last move and it got fixed this is what i did ok.
STep #1 Do a back up manualy onto your cmputer throu itunes (NOT ICLOUD) ok
Step #2 after doing the the back up go and do on you phone or throu itunes do the factory reset setting and erase everything and make like new phone
Step #3 Leave yhe iphone conected to Itunes.
Step #4 Once your iphone is reset to factory setting on your Itunes Window will say NO SIM CARD DETECTED before clicking on your right up corner (DONE) slide your phone and it will appear conect to a network do the process and put the pasword of your WiFi and until it says conected,It will say (No Service) but it will be conected to WiFi then click on the Itunes Window (DONE)
Step #5 DO a back up recovery from the last back up you did onto your computer not Icloud ok!!
Step #6 after you recovered your phone from last back up on your computer it will atumaticaly have service and WiFi conection like before..
I hope i did explained well to you i did work for me after 7 hours of doing reset and back up =) -
ITOUCH NOT STAYING CONNECTED TO HOME NETOWORK AS IT ONCE DID PLEASE HELP
The itouch was remaining on my home network just fine and I never had to search for it or join the network manually whenever it was turn off then back on again or whenever I was away and returned home.
I think was caused this was recently when visting my daughter the itouch keep looking for my own home network and I finally chose to foget that network so it would not show up any longer. When I returned home, I noticed the itouch would not find the home network automatically leaving me to do a manual connection each time it is turned off then back on again. This is really annoying. Is there any way to reverse the forget this network so that it will begin to automatically join the home network?
No changes have been made in the router and I do not want to bother with changing lease times--this was never set and would not be an acceptable fix.

Thanks, a reset sounds like a good idea. I actually fixed it another way one I did not perfer but it worked. I renamed the SID and logged on just once and automatically since this new SID name was never removed, it was added to the list of known SID's. In the case where the network does not belong to the user, this would not be an option and your method would be the best fix by far, I turst that it works and that you have tried this. It certainly seems like that is the way to refresh the SID list or remove the negative filed SID's if one ever selected to forget a particular SID.

Unfortunately there is not an easy way to find out memory card password. Have you tried to format your card?

Apple Mini DVI to Video Adapter is not working. Please Help...
I bought an Apple Mini DVI to Video Adapter to connect my Macbook to a TV using normal video cable. When I connect the cable, my Laptop DIsplay gives a flickr once and then it shows nothing. I checked Display in the system preference where I don't get a secondary monitor option. My TV is panasonic and it's an old one. I work on Final Cut Pro and it's very very important to see my videos on a TV. What am I doing wrong with the connection? Anyone Please Please help...
Your probably not doing anything wrong. There are thousands of users with Similar issues and it seems to be with many different adapters.
We have Mini DP to VGA (3 different brands) and they all fail most of the time. This seems more prevalent with LCD Projectors. I've tested some (50+) with VGA Monitor (HP) and they all worked, LCD Projector (Epson, Hitachi, and Sanyo) and they all fail, DLP Projector (Sanyo) and one worked.
My Apple Mini DP to DVi works most of the time. My Mini DP to HDMI (Generic non Apple) works every time.
The general consensus is that Apple broke something in the OS around 10.6.4 or 10.6.5 and its not yet fixed. As we are a school we have logged a case with the EDU Support group so will see what happens.

PSE icons instead of the photo. I need to view photos at a glance. Please help me????
Please help, this is driving me crazy. I have downloaded my free PSE #9, it came with my Leica Camera. I cannot view at a glance any of my photos. There is only an icon that reads, PSE. To view any of my photos, I must click select and then preview. This gets old, and I am doing 4 times the work. I am having to use the dates to guess where my photos might be. I hate this! My old Photo Shop #5 didn't do this. When you went to my pictures, you could see every photo.
I have tried the right click and open as any program. What ever program I choose, that is the icon that appears. No photo. Still no good.

Are you using Windows Explorer to view the files?
If so, load Explorer, go to the Tools menu and select Folder Options.
Click on the View tab and make sure the first option (Always show icons, never thumbnails) is not checked.
Click on OK and see if that is any better.
