In what way is it terrible? Mountain Lion is pretty stable. If you are having problems, most likely they are unique to your particular system and can be fixed. If you don't like some of the new features, that does not constitute reason for a refund.
If that does not suit you, you will have to discuss a refund with Apple, as they are the only ones who can say. Note that the App Store terms do say that all sales are final, so you are not guaranteed a refund, especially since whatever problems you had are not due to defective software. -

I paid for in app credits of $1000000 for $10 in the App Store. My balance has depleted accordingly but the app doesn't reflect the credit. There also isn't a way to check in the app. It is Tiger Woods 2012 from ea sports.

Why can't I get a refund for an in app purchase my brother made without my knowledge
Hi I asked apple for a refund because my brother bought several items last week I wanted to keep some so I only refunded 1 app but when I tried refunding the in app purchase It says I wasn't eligible, is there something I can do.
It is not Apple's fault that you let your brother purchase items with your account.All iTunes/App stores sales are final.

Are you sure it took your money? If you log into your account in iTunes on a computer does it show in your Purchase History?

If you are referring to problems with an iPhone, Apple has not released the iPhone in Georgia. You therefore purchased an iPhone that was brought into your country without approval from some other country and sold by an unauthorized reseller. There is therefore nothing Apple can do so help you. You will need to get your reseller to try and address the problem since there is no authorized service available to you in Georgia.
If you have some other Apple product, please let us know what product you are having problems with and as "laundry bleach" said, we may be able to direct you to helpful resources.

Pleasesee Adobe ID, sign in, and account help. You'll need to Contact Customer Care to have your accounts reconciled. I was able to find the account under the same email address that you use here in the forums. It looks like you ordered a subscription today, but that order hasn't processed yet.
A Customer Care agent should be able to help you get things sorted out.

i paid for an in app purchase and it was successful, but the next time I tried to update my apps I needed to verify my account, i used my dads card to make the payment but I had my name in the info as a mistake from when I started my apple ID
If this app was bought by your sister with her Apple ID, only her ID can update the app.

KristineFinish the download on your computer in iTunes and then sync the app to the iPad and then delete it. You will probably have to let it fully download before you can delete it.
You can try restarting the iPad and see if the download will resume - Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Yoy can try this as well and see if the download will resume. Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Look in iTunes and see if there is a pending download in there that might be causing the delay. If there is a download there, try to finish that one first. -
