Once I wrote my password, and for now on, everytime I start the session, another window advise me that "Java SE 6" is missing, due that, the computer can't run some "CS5Service Manager". If I try to install it, the download ends with an error. If finally, you skip the istallation, you arrive to the dock, but the menu bar at the top of the screen doesn't show up.
In addition, my trackpad doesn't works either. I can move the arrow but i can't click anywhere, probably because the option of clicking by touching is disabeled and I can't performance a regular click.
I'll be very glad if someone know what the heck is happening with my computer. Anyway, I'm going to the genius bar next Saturday. Thx!

1- that message say : during download mountain lion from app stor the mountain lion did not download complitly
     There are missing documents. I did softwere update and get 2 new updates, then i reinstall the mountain lion agen.
    After all its worked so i Decided to follow the installation steps.
2- after installation complete it Request to do restart.
     I did restart to finsh up the installation i get a message in the start up Page

You do meet the hardware requirements. Otherwise you wouldn't have been able to purchase ML.
If you're connected wirelessly to your router, connect with Ethernet.
If you're connecting through a proxy, connect directly.
Boot in safe mode (shift key down at startup) and try again.

Which particular .msi file (or files) does the message (or messages) go on to say cannot be found? (Several different .msi files might be mentioned in this context: itunes.msi, bonjour.msi, AppleSoftwareUpdate.msi, etc.)

Problems Installing Mountain Lion on Another Family Computer

I purchased Mac OS X Mountain Lion and installed in on my personal laptop.
I'm trying to install Mac OS X Mountain Lion on a family laptop that my wife and I jointly use - a Macbook Intel Core 2 Duo, 2.4 GHz, with 2 GB of memory, running OS 10.6.8. In other words, it meets the specifications I found online to upgrade to Mountain Lion.
I created a new admin user account for us, logged into it, went to the App Store, logged in with my Apple ID, went to purchases, clicked downloads, and at the top was OS X Mountain Lion.
I clicked Download, and it starts well enough, gets to about 10mb, and then restarts at zero. It proceeds to do this about five times before an error comes up:
"The application could not be downloaded.
The application you tried to download could not be downloaded. Check your internet connection and try again."
I'm drawing plenty of data with our internet. Any ideas on what to do?
I also have in my purchase history OS X Lion. Should I try to download that first, and then try to download Mac OS X Mountain Lion from there?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have tried to install Mountain Lion like 5 time and I always get a Message saying that "Can't Download Additional Content" and I cant get pass throught it. What Can I do to install it.
I have deleted my Hard Drive like 5 times for the process.

Just click loops , on the top of the panel click loops, and select "reindex all loops".

Trying to install Mountain Lion. I get "An error occurred while scrips from package "mzm.zhyujwje.pkg". I have tried to restart my MacBook Air but no luck. I have 2 gb RAM.

Nope. It's Apple's new way to control everything via the MAS. Details in Recovery and About Lion Recovery. Also, see the Internet Recovery.
File a bug report or an enhancement request with Apple to make it simpler.

Mountain lion error message (fail to restart Mac mini for installation)

I successfully downloaded mountain lion and attempted to install it several times on my Mac mini; however, it gives an error message when it wants to restart computer for installation purposes. The error message reads "An error occured while preparing the installation. Try running the application again." Well, I did as instructed several times to no avail. Is there anybody to help me out. I will be grateful.

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the page that opens.
Select the most recent panic log under System Diagnostic Reports. Post the contents — the text, please, not a screenshot. In the interest of privacy, I suggest you edit out the “Anonymous UUID,” a long string of letters, numbers, and dashes in the header and body of the report, if it’s present (it may not be.) I am having major problems installing Mountain Lion. After downloading successfully and attempting to install the process froze after restarting - ended up hanging on the OSX Recovery screen. Wouldn't restart properly without me selecting a startup disc.

I removed the Lion install package from the Applications folder in case this was causing a problem. Deleted and remounted the Mountain Lion package each time. I have a MacBook mid 2010. I downloaded Mountain Lion and restarted the computer. At the screen Installing Mac OS the computer shows that is examining the disks to install the program and then says ERROR IT CANT BE INSTALL, PLEASE RESTART THE COMPUTER AGAIN. I did that a lot of times and no luck. I went to the Disk Utilities to check the disk and it says it has an error. I click to repair the error and it says that the error it cant be repair. After a lot of tries a finally got into the computer to get all my files out and I try to reinstall the original Mac Os to the computer with the Disk that came with. But after the computers does the restart the Apple symbol appears in a gray screen and I can hear the CD running to install but after a while shows the black screen with different languages saying to press the Restart button or Hold the Off button to turn off. I do that and then goes through the whole process again and again, without luck. Also, I cant get the Apple Installation CD out of the computer. PLEASE!!!! I NEED HELP!!!!

Can't download Mountain Lion - error message

The product distribution file could not be verified. It may be damaged or was not signed.

Spotlight won't find it as it's a system(-ish) file, so doesn't expect you to be nosing around in there!
You should see sub-folders below /var/folders. All I did was explore these sub folders (and any sub-sub-folders etc) until I found the com.apple.appstore file. Then (peeking from behind my hands) I deleted it.
I found mine in var/folders/gn/hdq2sz..../C
Then disable everything you can in Virus Barrier and try and install from the appstore again. I can't remember if I rebooted before retrying or even quit and restarted app store, but it might be worth doing that if it still doesn't work.

what to do? This is in App store. I followed the link e-mailed to me that an upgrade was available....... Puzzled.

Several causes for this problem have been reported. Please take each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. Stop when it's resolved.
Step 1
Back up all data.
From the menu bar, select
 ▹ System Preferences... ▹ Network
If the preference pane is locked, click the lock icon in the lower left corner and enter your password to unlock it. Then click the Advanced button and select the Proxies tab. If any proxy options are selected, make a note of them and then deselect them. You don’t need to change the bypass or FTP settings. Click OK and then Apply. Test. The result may be that you can't connect to any web server. Restore the previous settings if that happens.
Step 2
Rebuild the Spotlight index. If you try to search now from the magnifying-glass icon in the top right corner of the display, there will be an indication that indexing is in progress.
Step 3
Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you turn on the computer, and again when you log in.
Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the startup volume is a Fusion Drive or a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to start and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal startup may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually login automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.

Look at the hard drive where Applications, Library, System, and Users are. There is most likely a backup file there. Delete it.
