HT201317 can i choose which devices all my photos get pushed to?

In iCloud, is there a way I can make the sharing go only one way? For example, from my iPhone to my Macbook, but not my Macbook to my iPhone?

Welcome to the Apple Community.
In the scenario you mention, you can do what you want by turning off the automatic addition of new photos to photostream in iPhoto preferences.
Only iPhoto on your Mac can do this, so you couldn't have this one way sync between two mobile devices for example.
