HT201317 how do i rotate my pictures

How do i rotate my pictures streamed from i phone 4s to laptop. There is an error message, some of my pictures wont rotate

Sync the photos to a computer.  (Connect device to itunes and go to the device's Photo tab for info.)  Once on the computer, you can edit them, etc. and send them out for printing.
Photos are not stored on icloud, except as part of a backup to icloud (if such a backup is turned on and Photos are included).  Always sync photos to a computer for archiving.

Ctrl-t on windows and command-t on a mac. That with let you rotate, scale and skew a picture on a layer.
Image>Image rotation>{Choose one} That will rotate the entire document by what you choose.

  • How do you rotate a "picture within a picture" at a custom degree level?

I want to rotate an image I'm inserting in a video clip 3 degrees. However, I need to do so when I'm in imovie. Does anyone know how to custom rotate pictures/videos in Imovie? Or at least tell me where I can download an app that can.

    short answer: No.
Use any paint-processor (Pixelmator, Photoshop/elements, Gimp, ...) and rotate your image BEFORE inserting into iMovie.
'free' rotating of images and videos is a privilege, the Big Toys only offer (FinalCut/express et al)

How do you rotate pictures in quicktime?

Drat it all ... Sorry, that's Videos I gave you instructions for, not pictures.
Pictures, I don't think you need Pro for.
Right-click the image file you want to rotate. Select "Open with > PictureViewer" or "Open with > Choose Program" and select PictureViewer from the list.
In PictureViewer, go "Image > Rotate Left" or "Image > Rotate right".
Once you've got it rotated, go "File > Export" and choose a filename and filetype. Then save the rotated version.

  • How do I rotate text/Picture 90 degrees?

    How do I rotate an e-mail text/Picture 90 degrees?

You can rotate your drawing 90 degrees by reorienting your iOS device in the direction you want to rotate the drawing. Then, go back to the organizer. The drawing is always saved in the orientation you last left it, so you should see the drawing now rotated in the organizer view. While in the organizer view, you can rotate your device back to its original orientation and reopen your drawing.
Admittedly, rotation could be handled more intuitively in the app, so if this is important to you, we would love to hear that feedback.
    Hope that helps,

  • How do i rotate the pictures when i download them to my windows 7 computer

I have downloaded my pictures from my Iphone 4s to my computer and all the pictures are sideways. How can I turn them up right? I have tried everything.

This isn't really anything to do with Apple, except the fact you imported them from your iPhone. It depends on what application you are using, but the default 'Windows Picture Viewer' has the ability to rotate photos. Simply search for the rotate icon or check the File and Edit menus at the top. If you really are having trouble, type your question into google and you're sure to find an answer fast.

  • How do you rotate a picture once it's on my ipad mini ?

I have put a new album onto my ipad  mini but some of the pictures are at the wrong angle how do i make them the right angle ? (I don't mean the screen orientation btw) .

Select the photo by tapping on it. Tap the Edit button in the upper right corner of the Photos App and then tap on Rotate at the bottom. After you have rotated to the orientation that you want, tap Save in the upper right corner and you can save the edited photo to the camera roll.

  • IDVD - How do you rotate a picture once it's in a slideshow?

My pictures look fine outside of iDVD, but once I put them into the slideshow, several of them rotate so that they are sideways instead of upright.  How do I fix this?

Part of the problem stems from the fact that I stupidly deleted iPhoto so couldn't upload my pics from my phone so what I've been doing is downloading pictures from my iPhone to my PC, uploading them to a flash drive and then saving them in separate folders on my Mac Book.  Once there, I would copy and drag the folder I needed into iDVD, select all and drag them into my slide show and delete the ones I didn't want.
They are all upright ...until I put them into the slideshow.  Then a couple of them are flipping sideways.
Yes, they are from on the Desktop... I will try the site you mentioned.
Btw, I have reinstalled my original software so iPhoto is working again.  Of course, now I can't use iTunes with this version of Mac OS X.  Sigh.  That's another question for another discussion...

How do I save a facebook picture to my Photo stream

Save it to your camera roll by tapping and holding on the photo, then tapping Save Photo in the pop-up.  Once it's in the camera roll, it will be added to your photo stream.
You'll have first to go to Settings>Privacy>Photos and turn Facebook to On in order to save FB photos to your camera roll.

  • HT201317 how do i get my pictures in my phone from my iclouds

    ......

You can't view your photos using a browser and can't download individual files.
Photo Stream merely "pushes" your photos to your other devices or computers. Camera roll files can be restored from an iCloud backup (if you even made one).

  • How to auto rotate Images on Full Screen Slideshow if pictures were taken mixed Portrait and Landsca

In Muse: How to auto rotate Images on Full Screen Slideshow if pictures were taken mixed Portrait and Landscape

There is no way that Muse would automatically rotate the images. What you can instruct Muse to do is whether you want to show all image content and leave blank space in either direction OR scale the image to fill the frame resulting in some cropping, but filling the otherwise blank space.
The options are Fit Content Proportionally and Fill Frame Proportionally respectively.

  • Some pictures in photo stream are sideways, how do I rotate them?

I imported all my new photos into one event and rotated them as needed.  Now I see them in photo stream and some are rotated and some are not.....what is going on?  How can I have all pictures face the correct direction?
    Thanks for your help!

How are you vieing your photos and how were they taken?
If they were taken with an iOS device (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch) then they have embedded in the EXIF data the camera orientation.  If your viewing software is current enough, it will read this information and display the photos in the proper orientation.  If you have pulled these photos into a software which does not honoir this EXIF header information, you could have rotated them, and now be causing applications which do honor the header to be rotating the image incorrectly.
To be able to provide moe help, we will need more specifics.

  • How do i rotate pictures in ipad albums?

How do I rotate pictures in ipad albums?  The icon they show in the user instructions does not appear on my ipad.

You need a third party app to rotate the photos. The ability to do that directly within in the photos app does not exist in iOS 4. It is supposed to be one of the new features of the iOS 5 coming sometime soon.
You and download a free photo editing app called PhotoPad by ZAGG in the app store. You can use this app to rotate, crop, etc and then resave the photos after you change them.
