You should call Apple Support and give them your Apple ID so that they can verify how many photos you actually do have backed up in iCloud...
Also, are you able to do an iTunes backup at all? Because that would save all of the photos and allow you to get them onto the new device.

If you have an back-up or Photo Stream on iCloud you can. Otherwise your data will probably be lost.

My iphone storage is full due to my large photo library. As I want to go on taking more photos, if I back up my phone to icloud, can I then delete all my photos from my iphone to make room for new photos? Or will the next time I back up lose all those previously backed up as it is a 'new' set of data?
I just want to find the easiest and safest way of not losing all my photos while being able to take more than my iPhones storage worth as it is already full - can someone help me please? As you are clearly aware, it is important for you to have backups of your important data, including all of these photos you are currently keeping on your iPhone. While it is possible to use iTunes or iCloud to do backups of your iPhone, the problem becomes how to access those backups if you have deleted the photos from your iPhone. Once you have done the backup and then removed the photos from the iPhone, the only way to access the photos is by restoring the backups to the phone. okay so unfortunately I lost my iphone 4 battery died and everything so was no chance of finding it even with find my iphone , fortunately I backed up every photo to my icloud I know there all there because I accidentally corrupted my phone during an update and restored from the cloud and it brought back all the photos (this was before I lost it) now with my old phone I never had photo stream or synced my phone to my computer so the pictures are just on the icloud . and I know they are there , but since I got my new phone my icloud management shows two backups , my current phone , and my old phone , so all the old pictures are still there , is there anyway of getting these pictures from the icloud either onto my laptop or on my new phone ? thanks
Have a look at http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4859 for more help. Setup assistant should prompt you for your apple I'd and password then you should be abl to select a backup from iCloud.

How do I reorganize my photos on iPad 2? I need to move (not copy) photos from one album to another. When I use the copy function to another album, and then try to delete an image from the original album, the system wants to delete the photos from all albums. Please help.
You can't do it directly on the iPad - the new album functionality basically only allows you to copy photos into those new albums, you can't move them. The way that I think of it as working is that you are just creating pointers to the photos in those new albums, so if you then delete the original photo on the iPad you therefore automatically delete all the pointers to it.
If you want to re-organise your albums then you will need to do it on your computer and then sync those albums over to the iPad -

As long as you have iCloud Control Panel installed on your computer, they should show up in your Pictures folder under My Photo Stream.

I recently got my iPhone 5 replaced. Before erasing the contents on my old iPhone 5 I backed up to iCloud. When I restored all my photos from my old phone are missing. How do I recover?
Many users have lost photos while preforming a restore from backup or upgrading the iOS. Recall, only photos in the camera roll are backed up to iCloud. There is a way to turn backups for camera roll on/off, perhaps these users had camera roll turned off.
See:
Settings>icloud>Storage & Backups>Manage Storage, tap the device's name and on the next screen, be sure Camera Roll is turned on.
IMPORTANT...
Photos should be regularly synced to a computer (like you store photos from a digital camera) using either USB via iTunes (on a mac use iPhoto or Aperture to move them to an album) or using photo stream - and then moved into permanent albums for storage. If using Photo stream, but sure to move the received photos to a permanent album. If you have been doing that, then you can sync those photos back to your device.
If you haven't been saving photos except relying on iCloud to store them in a backup, then that is risky, as many users have discovered. I'm afraid I have no advice in this case - there is no "cure". -
I just tranfer all my photo from my Mac from itune to my Iphone so I can setup Mac back to factory setting after I don't with that, I try to put my photo back to my Mac and Iphoto did not detect any of the photo that I had tranfer from itune it only detect the one rhat i took with the Iphone PLAESE HELP!!!!!!

It sounds like you may use a POP account for your email. With a POP account, email applications like Mail and Outlook can remove emails from the server, so when another device tries to check the server for new emails, it doesn't see any.
You may need to adjust settings in Outlook so that the emails are not removed from the server when downloaded. I found an article with more information:
When using a POP email account with multiple devices, email messages may only appear on the first device that receives them. This occurs when an email client is configured to automatically remove email from the server once an email client has received it. You can configure your email client (or clients) either to keep a copy of the email on the server, remove it after a certain number of days have passed, or keep it until you move it from your Inbox.

Albums is a way or sorting photos. Photos aren't moved from the Camera roll. The Camera Roll consists of all the photos on the phone. If you delete from Camera Roll they are deleted everywhere but Photo Stream.
Are you using Photo Stream? Your photos, providing they wer recent should still be in Photo Stream. If you have Photo Stream set up on your computer they should all be there. -

hello i accidentally synced all my photos from Iphoto and they doubled, i removed them all eventually to re-import them again, but i have no camera folder anymore and i have a folder called "From Mac" how can i turn it back to normal?

Are you sure, you are viewing the correct iPhoto library? iPhoto may have created a new Library.
Hold down the alt/options key ⌥, while you double click iPhoto to launch it. Is there more than one Photo Library in the panel that opens? Then try the other libraries, if your photos are in there.
