My Photo Stream is updating regularly from my iPhone 4 to my iPad, but My Photo Stream on my Windows 7 PC has not been updated for the last four months. Any suggestions?

Updated to iOS 5 and tried sending a message with a phot to an iPhone that has not been updated. My message shows as sent, but neither the text or photo are received. Text alone works fine.
This is being caused by using the same Apple ID for iMessage. To fix this you have two choices:
On all but one of the phones go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with a different ID. Note: you can still share the same ID for purchasing in Settings>iTunes & App Stores; or
On all of the phones go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and uncheck the email address(es) shown under "You can be reached by iMessage at". -
Can I restore photos from a crashed iPhone 4s that has not been backed up?
I have a 2 week old iPhone 4s that has started to freeze up. I rebooted the phone several times successfully yesterday. This morning, the phone will not reboot, the Apple logo just remains on screen. I have never sync'd this phone to my iTunes library so there is no backup. Is there a way to recover the photos/videos that are on the phone? I am hesitant to resore the phone for fear of losing the data (mostly photos). Any help is appreciated.
If the iPhone has not been backed up, you will definitely loose what is in the Camera Roll when restoring the iPhone.
Photos/videos in the Camera Roll can and should be imported by your computer as with any other digital camera, which is not handled by iTunes. If you are unable to back up the iPhone before restoring and you are unable to import the Camera Roll before doing so, the data will be lost. -
Photo Stream permanent master library Windows 8 PC
Up until recently I have been able to take pictures with an iOS device and have it sync to my photostream, then to a folder on my Windows PC. Once in my Windows folder the photo would stay there forever. Deleting the photo from iOS Photo Stream would not delete the photo from my Windows PC. Deleting the photo from my Windows PC would not delete the photo from iOS Photo Stream.
Very recently the Photo Stream folder on my Windows PC has been deleting copies as I delete them from my iOS Photo Stream. On the apple website it says:
"Master photo library. On your Mac or PC.
Keeping a complete set of your photos on your Mac is as simple as turning on Photo Stream in iPhoto or Aperture. Every new photo you take appears in a Photo Stream album just as it does on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. But since your Mac has more storage than your iOS device, it automatically imports every picture from your Photo Stream into your photo library so you can edit, delete, and share the ones you want. Want to get the photos you’ve taken on your point-and-shoot or DSLR camera into your Photo Stream to view on all your other devices? The photos you import to your library from a camera or SD card are automatically uploaded to your Photo Stream. If you have a PC, you can auto-import and upload pictures, too. Just turn on Photo Stream, grab a camera, and start shooting."
How can I set up Photo Stream to PERMANENTLY save every photo taken with my iOS devices on my Windows PC FOREVER AUTOMATICALLY like it used to last week?
I want to be able to delete photos from Photo Stream to free up space on my iOS device and know that the photos won't delete from my Windows PC. I could do this literally last week.
Any way to do this?[b]Fixed it, had to delete the folder where the My Photo Stream was. I just created a backup of it and then deleted it, let iCloud re populate the folders and it came back.[/b]

I have added photos to My Photo Stream on my PC (Windows 7). They appear in the Uploads folder instead. They do not upload to iCloud. Am I doing something wrong?
Unfortunately, photo stream on a PC is iffy at best. Many people have problems getting it to work properly, including myself. A work around would be to use an app like PhotoSync on your PC, which can send photos wirelessly to the camera roll on any of your iOS devices on the same wifi network. Once in the camera roll, you iOS device will be added to your photo stream.

My Photo Stream works and I have iCloud control panel installed. The photo stream sync is selected, but when I go to the my photo stream folder on my windows PC there are no photos in the file.

I did as you said and went to the icloud control panel on my Windows 8 Laptop to be sure I was looking at the correct folder for my photo stream. All my "shared" albulms pushed to my Laptop and are up-to-date with the exception of the "photostream" album. If I create a "shared stream album" and place photo's in it on the phone; I can see the photos on my laptop. I dont get it. I had a iphone 4s and had zero isues and now with my new nifty iPhone 5s it doesent work.
What am I not doing correctly.

Cannot get Photo Stream to sync on Windows 8.1. Shared streams work fine, but not personal stream. ANYONE please advise...
Videos in a shared Photo Stream can only be streamed, they cannot be downloaded.

I have just installed iPhoto 11 and all of photos on my iphone have now all disappeared and ended up in my photo stream and the library in iphoto does not display all my pictures?? Can anyone help?
And I cant work out why all of my pictures are not diplaying in iphoto?
Is this iPhoto on your Mac? Are you referring to the photos that were in your iPhoto LIbrary prior to the upgrade to iPhoto 11? If so then apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
1 - launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
2 - run Option #4 to rebuild the database.
Fix #2
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
1 - download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
2 - click on the Add Library button and select the library you want to add in the selection window..
3 - Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the Library ➙ Rebuild Library menu option.
4 - In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
5 - Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments. However, books, calendars, cards and slideshows will be lost. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.
If that's not what you're referring to then you should describe what is happening in more detail. Remember we can't see your Mac or your iPhone so need detailed and accurate descriptions of what you're experiencing.
Also we need infomartion like do you have an iCloud account and are you logged into it on all of your devices, iPhoto and Mac? do you have Photo Stream enabled on both.

How many photos are you trying to add to the stream? There is a limit of 1000.

When you like or comment on a photo in a shared stream, a notification is sent to all the Apple devices of the photo stream’s creator and subscribers. You can delete comments you added to a photo by placing the pointer over the comment and clicking the Delete button that appears.
Usually the problem is the other way round - how to prervent spamming all subscribers to a shared stream from being alerted to each comment on a photo in the stream. Quite a few subcribers have cancelled their subscriptions to shared streams, because they have continously been sent alert messages and could not disable them. It can get rather annoying - there is no way to silently add a few comments to photos and then send only one alert. -
I have a windows 7 64x SP1.
Every time I install iTunes 12 I get this message when I try to open it:"This copy of iTunes is damaged and it has not been correctly installed. Please, install iTunes again.(-42404)".
The instalation process runs smoothly without any error message and iTunes has been installed in my computer before. The problem started with the update no. 12. Any idea what's going on? Thank youif itunes will not run, you probably have mangled windows badly

because you are using windows 7, you will need to backup all files to another storage device -
I have a Windows copy of Photoshop Elements 11, but the serial number has been lost. I didn't buy the product and I am unable to find the box. As far as I know, it's never been used so has not been registered. Does anyone know how the serial number can be recovered under these circumstances?
If you never bought the product then you cannot get the serial number.

I made a in app purchase on a game and it never took, when I went back and tried it again a window popped up that said I have already purchased this item but has not been downloaded yet? How do I download it when there is not a option to download?

I would suggest restarting the iPad and see if the download resumes.

A photo has been found in the iphoto library that has not been imported???
When i open iphoto i get a message saying "a photo has been found in the iphoto library that has not been imported, would you like to import it?" I have tried what everyone is saying to do, but when i look under show package contents there is no import folder to move. only a folder that says contents and i've looked all through that, still no import folder. Even though i click no i do not want the photo imported it still is stored on my external hard drive and every so often i have to go delete TONS of photos and when you click on the photo it doesn't even actually show up as anything.

You're looking at the iPhoto.app package. Those instructions are for the iPhoto Library package. That's in your Pictures Folder.
