My photos aren't streaming and I think everything is set up correctly. I recently restored my phone and now the photos from my iPad aren't streaming.

On both devices, navigate to settings > iCloud and turn off photos stream, restart your devices, after restart re-enable photo stream.

Photostream only syncs photos over Wi-Fi, make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi to begin with.
Photostream only syncs when the camera app is closed, ensure it is closed.
Photostream only syncs when the battery is above 20%, try recharging the device
Try disabling photo stream on your device (settings > iCloud), restarting your device and then re-enabling photo stream.

Try going to a public wifi hotspot, take a photo then see if it appears in your photo stream album after a minute or so. If it does, then then issue is related to your home wifi. Some users (particulary those with Comcast/Aris routers) are reporting this issue with their home wifi.

All photos taken on the phone go to the camera roll. If photostream is enabled they should also go to photostream in addition to photos added from other devices. Photos added to photostream from other devices will not be added to the camera roll on your phone (unless you move them manually.
Photos taken on the phone should be added to camera roll immediately, it may take a few moments before they appear in photostream, while they are sent from the camera roll to the cloud and back again to photostream.
If photos aren't being added to photostream there may be a couple of reasons:
Photostream only syncs photos over Wi-Fi, make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi to begin with.
Photostream only syncs when the camera app is closed, ensure it is closed.
Photostream only syncs when the battery is above 20%, try recharging the device
If the problem persists:
Try disabling photo stream on your device (settings > iCloud), restarting your device and then re-enabling photo stream.
If this doesn't help you may need to reset photo stream. You can do this at icloud.com by clicking on your name in the top right corner and then the advanced settings in the pop-up dialogue box that appears.
Note: disabling photostream and re-enabling it will result in any photos that are currently in the photostream album on your device, that are older than 30 days old, not being added back.

Did you restore from backup on iTunes or did you use iCloud?
Did you sync with iTunes? Is iTunes section for photos checked to sync all your photo locations?
Also, with photo streaming sometimes you need to switch from Album to photo stream to see some photos.
If your photos are on your computer still, they can be added back. if not and you depended solely on iCloud, then they may be gone.

My photos aren't backing up to my PC since iOS 7 update

I've checked everything and everywhere and it appears my photos aren't being backed up to my PC since I upgraded to iOS 7 or shortly thereafter. Possibly since the 7.0.2 update? The date of the last picture was 10/07/2013.
What is in my photo stream folder (somehow was renamed iCloud Photos), is kind of weird. The photos are all there in duplicate, but the duplicates have dates in December of 2012??
Would love your suggestions of what I can do to get my photos to back up to my PC automatically. I've checked both the iCloud Control Panel on my PC and the settings on my phone and both appear to be set correctly. I can see my photos on my iPad, so they are being streamed into the photo stream. Same issue here both with my iphone 5S as well as my iPad2. THe sync to my macbook air does not complete and it shows a large overcapacity level when connected, but once I disconnect there is plenty of room (4 GB) available, not a 20 GB overage.

Add photos to shared stream

Hope my English be comprehensible :-)
Yesterday evening at home I created a shared photo stream from within iPhoto on my Mac Book Pro (Mountain Lion, iPhoto & Aperture all with last updates).
I added two shots and shared them with one of my collegues adding her Apple ID. This morning she showed me the shared photos on her iPhone, as expected.
Now she can add a comment (this is ok) but she cannot add a photo to that stream: this is not a serious problem, but I wondered if it is possible to grant her some additional permission.
I looked in Apple documentation and found 3 links with different answer to my question.

It seems something related to Os version.
A friend of my with iO7 on IPad told me he can add an Apple ID to a shared stream created by himself and let subscribers post on it, while on iPhone with iOS6 is not possible. After upgrade to iOS7 on iPhone the option appeared; anyway, I still cannot post on that stream from my MBP

Hmm... It looks like they are gone forever now then. I can't think of any other way of getting them back apart from restoring from an iTunes or iCloud backup. Somebody else might be able to help but I think they're gone forever. I don't know why they were wiped from your iPod but it could be something to do with security. In the future I would recommend syncing to iTunes or iCloud to prevent it from happening again. You can always make a reservation at the Genius Bar and see what those guys can do because it seems that they are still there, they are just 'hidden' from view. http://concierge.apple.com/reservation/gb/en/techsupport/

I am beginner for media foundation.I have to develop Win32 desktop application using capture engine technique in media foundation.
I have to implement the following features:1)Show video streaming 2)Capture video 3)Capture photo from still-image stream.These features are implemented in capture engine.
I am able to take photo from video stream not from image stream.I tried to configure the image stream index in Addstream() api,but its giving MF_CAPTURE_ENGINE_ERROR error.
To trigger the still pin,use

My Photos have stopped streaming to my pc

My Photos have stopped streaming to my PC from Iphone 4s & Ipad. I have IOS 8.1.1 on both phone & Ipad. I have iCloud 4 on pC. It was working fine before I upgraded to iCloud 4.
The photos are streaming between my two apple products just not to my PC.
