HT201317 When I sign on to I Cloud I do not see my photos, I see all the other icon but no photo stream icons. How do I access my photos that are on I Cloud?

How do I access my photos from I Cloud? I see all the other icons but nothing for photos. I have enabled photo stream on all my ios devises, but I still see no icon on I Cloud for pictures.
Thanks

Correct you cannot see the photos on iCloud. To see the photos use any Apple devices and sign it with your Apple ID and you see them in Photos App.
