HT201318 iCloud upgrade

Hi I upgraded from the 10 to the 20 g plan and I got an email from apple saying I'd been charged with the $21 dollars for the 10g and anther email saying I'd ben charged for the $42 20g. Are they going to charge me the differnce eg $21,  or the full amount Over again meaning I would then have paid 66 dollars for 20g
Thanks

Hi
They will only charge you the amount you paid,  unless you have paid through direct debit and then it will charge you of the data you use (if you go over it will charge you more)

  • HT201318 iCloud upgrade cancel/ refund

I mistakenly upgraded my iCloud storage (I realized I don't need more than 5GB). The instructions on my iPhone read "contact apple for a full refund within 15 days", but funny thing is, I can't find a contact link anywhere. Can someone please direct me to the right contact?

If in the US, follow the link below (you must request a refund within 15 days) -
    https://discussions.apple.com/message/16968425#16968425
it gives the USA phone number - if you don't live there you will have to find an equivalent number from the 'Contact Us' link at bottom right of this page.

  • HT201318 How do I het a Refund of iCloud upgrade purchase if I purchased it yesterday?

I purchased an iCloud upgrade for 10GB of storage yesterday but do not need it after I deleted my old iPhone 4 backup since I upgraded to an iPhone 5 and was able to restore my iCloud data. It says at the patent window that I need to contact Apple within 15 days to refund if I want to cancel but when I call them they tell me to use express lane for iTunes who then emails me back saying this is not dealt with in their department. HELP! I'm getting the run around. The statement to contact apple for refund made this seem so easy and commonplace. Why won't anyone help?!

The only way to get a refund would be to contact apple directly: http://www.apple.com/contact/

  • HT201318 refund icloud upgrade

I just purchased 10GB of icloud storage for $21 but I want to cancel it. How do I do this? I'm in Australia.

Follow up from my question about cancelling icloud storage. Number to ring is 1300321456 in Australia after 9am. Spoke to one person she transferred me to another person and he did security check etc and said I will get a refund of $21 for cancelling 10GB icloud upgrade that I do not want. That was this morning 13th Feb 2013 and so far, late this afternoon no refund, so it will be interesting to see how long it takes.

  • HT5622 How do I get refund from unwanted iCloud upgrade?

I got an icloud upgrade for $20 on my iphone but i don't need it. how do i get this refunded?

You can cancel an iCloud storage upgrade but only within 15 days of buying:
Apple seem to have made this as difficult as possible. You may be able to do this using http://expresslane.apple.com -  click 'See all products and services',  then 'More Products and Services, then 'iCloud', 'Account and setup' then 'This topic is not listed'. Explain the situation in the box provided and wait for a response - include a phone number. However you may find you cannot proceed without entering a hardware serial number which is still eligible for AppleCare.
In that event you will need to phone them directly, using the Apple Online Store number given at the bottom of this page. The first person you speak to may tell you to do it from the iCloud website but this is not possible. Politely insist on escalating the issue to a more senior person and eventually you should be able to get through to someone who can deal with this (you may have to wait for them to call you back) - you will be asked security questions and for part of your credit card number to identify yourself.
If it is more than 15 but less than 45 days you may be able to get a partial refund by the same method.
If it is more than 45 days since you purchased the storage you cannot cancel it for a refund; you can downgrade your plan as from your next renewal date. Please see

  • All my Notes disappeared after ICloud upgrade

All my Notes disappeared after ICloud upgrade. I cannot find them, nor a way to recover them from backups?  Any ideas? This is a BIG hiccup!

I posted this on another discussion:
Similar problem:  I was at a store today and went to my Notes on iPhone 3GS to look up information recorded there about medications for an aging parent. I am syncing through iCloud so the same notes are on my iPhone, iPad 1, and desktop Mac (in Mail). I opened one note, but it didn't have the information I needed, so I went back to the main Notes list and picked another of the dozen notes. I was scrolling down through that note and then suddenly....poof....the note was gone. ALL the notes were gone. The note pad said NO NOTES. ***???!!!!
They were gone from my iPad, too. The notes represent information gathered and organized from multiple years (with no problems until now). The notes are information I NEED. I created a test note, it showed up on my devices. Then I chose to delete it to see if a single key click could do that. The app requires a second click on a Delete Note button as confirmation. And there's no way to delete ALL notes while viewing a single note, deliberately OR accidentally.
Any suggestions about how to recover the notes lost today? Thanks in advance.

  • How to recover Contacts after MobileMe to iCloud upgrade?

How to recover Contacts after MobileMe to iCloud upgrade?

I assume that the regular backups of the contacts and calendar only work on a Mac
No, you can backup contacts and calendars on a Windows PC. There are many backup options for PCs, but you would've had to set one up. Don't you backup any of the data on your PC?
Your recommendation is that I restroe my entire iPhone from the last iTunes backup to recover these files?
That's really your only option with no other backups available. See: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4946
There's no guarantee that the iTunes Backup will include all your contacts, as noted in the support article above, you're supposed to maintain backups of the contacts in the contact manager you sync with.
