HT201320 How do I add another email to my phone?

I'm trying to add an email account to my phone and it's not working. I think it's to do with the incoming and outgoing mail server host names. I follow the instructions and it's not working.

So... I go to the AOL mailbox, sign in as usual, the little box is coming down, and I click on save ... ah ha
If I am on another computer, I will open Firefox ... enter the master password ... and move on as usual? ... because all this is on Firefox servers.
Small confusion ... scenario ... I am to work on a computer without Firefox installed, and I may not install it. What do I do (say, to get on Yahoo mail) or anywhere else?

I have clicked on settings, than clicked on mail, contacts, calendar. But the Accounts section is all grey. I can't add another email account or even delete the existing one. I have changed email accounts, so this is really annoying. Can someone please help me here.

Did you check your restriction settings on your ipod for changing accounts in Settings/General/Restrictions?

There's no need to add an email to the Apple ID, simply set up the Apple ID on all the devices you would like to use it on.

How do I add another email address? THe sub-accounts option under my profile page is gone.
No surprise since most of verizon's online presence is completely USELESS.

When you are logged into a subaccount, you will not have a section for subaccounts. Please make sure you are logging in under the primary account to add additional account.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.
