Quickest way is to drag a clip into the New Item icon (left bottom corner Project window)

I use a tesco email account which I view through outlook on my PC but I am having trouble setting this up on my iPad

You need to first set up a new account with the information provided by your university. They should supply you with an email address and you should be able to provide your own password. They should also provide you with the name of the incoming mail server to use as well as the name of the outgoing mail server. They should let you know whether to set up the account as an IMAP account or a POP account (with the servers to match).
If you already have all this information at hand, setting up the email account should be fairly easy. What have you tried thus far?

Yes - same issue. I am able to work my yahoo email fine on my iPad, but just bought the iPhone 4s today and cannot set it up for the same reason you state.
I walked through the advanced sections of both iPad and iPhone and they are set up the same, so I have no idea why this is not working.

Having trouble using my airport extreme as a media server for my ps3--can anyone help?

I'd like to set up my apple airport extreme with a USB seagate drive, and use the drive as a media server for my ps3. I have successfully connected my seagate drive to my airport extreme. I have successfully transferred a sample movie to this seagate drive. My laptop is easily able to find the drive and is able to play the sample film from the drive. How can I turn this drive into a media server? I'd like for my PS3 to be able to read movies off the network drive and play them. Help??

If you have a non-Apple device as your main router, unfortunately the AirPort Extreme has almost no chance of compatibility with your main router.
If you do have an Apple router as your main device, please post back with your model number and we'll let you know how your devices should be configured.
If you don't have an Apple device as your main router you have a few options to connect the xbox:
1) A pair of ethernet powerline adapters could be used if you did not want to run a regular ethernet cable from your main router to the xbox.
2) The new AirPort Express 802.11n model does have a feature called Proxy STA which should allow it to receive a wireless signal from any wireless router and allow the ethernet port to be enabled.

‘iPad is disabled’ fix without resetting using iTunes
Today I met my match with an iPad that had a passcode entered too many times, resulting in it displaying the message ‘iPad is disabled – Connect to iTunes’. This was a student iPad and since they use Notability for most of their work there was a chance that her files were not all backed up to the cloud. I really wanted to just re-activate the iPad instead of totally resetting it back to our default image.
I reached out to my PLN on Twitter and had some help from a few people through retweets and a couple of clarification tweets. I love that so many are willing to help out so quickly. Through this I also learned that I look like Lt. Riker from Star Trek (thanks @FillineMachine).
Through some trial and error (and a little sheer luck), I was able to reactivate the iPad without loosing any data. Note, this will only work on the computer it last synced with. Here’s how:
1. Configurator is useless in reactivating a locked iPad. You will only be able to completely reformat the iPad using Configurator. If that’s ok with you, go for it – otherwise don’t waste your time trying to figure it out.
2. Open iTunes with the iPad disconnected.
3. Connect the iPad to the computer and wait for it to show up in the devices section in iTunes.
4. Click on the iPad name when it appears and you will be given the option to restore a backup or setup as a new iPad (since it is locked).
5. Click ‘Setup as new iPad’ and then click restore.
6. The iPad will start backing up before it does the full restore and sync. CANCEL THE BACKUP IMMEDIATELY. You do this by clicking the small x in the status window in iTunes.
7. When the backup cancels, it immediately starts syncing – cancel this as well using the same small x in the iTunes status window.
8. The first stage in the restore process unlocks the iPad, you are basically just cancelling out the restore process as soon as it reactivates the iPad.
If done correctly, you will experience no data loss and the result will be a reactivated iPad. I have now tried this with about 5 iPads that were locked identically by students and each time it worked like a charm.

What exactly are you trying to do?
Turn off Bluetooth?
Swipe up from the bottom of your screen and tap the bluetooth icon (White is on, Back is off)
or
Settings > Bluetooth > Bluetooth - Off

Have you double checked all of the settings? .... The outgoing mail server setting? Make sure that your username and password are in there.
Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Your email account>Account>Outgoing mail server - tap the server name next to SMTP and check in the primary server and make sure your username and password are entered and correct - even if it says that the password is optional.

Just use the 'gmail' option when setting it up. There should be no reason to set up incoming/outgoing servers. Google is killing support for Google Sync (i.e. Gmail set up as an Exchange account) for non corporate customers.

I have read your post and understand your concern for the email setup on your device. Here are the steps to the email setup.
Samsung Fascinate-Email Setup
1: From the home screen, tap Applications to open the Applications list, then tap Email. (If you have existing accounts select Menu, Add Account or Menu, Accounts List, Menu Add Account).
2: Enter your Email address and Password. Then tap Next. Most accounts configure automatically. If prompted for the type of account, go to Step 5.
3: If your account has configured successfully, you will see a confirmation screen. Simply add a name for this account, and the name you want displayed on outgoing messages and then tap Done.
4: You will be taken to your email inbox and your messages will start appearing. Tap Menu (icon), and then Account Settings. Adjust your Email Schedule and any notification settings. A frequency of 15 minutes is recommended.
5: Select the type of Email account (i.e. POP or IMAP).
6: Enter the Incoming Server Settings and choose whether to delete email from the server then Tap Next.
7: Enter the Outgoing Server Settings, your username and password and tap Next. Then set the options for the frequency of checking your email, press

HT203783 Having trouble setting up the iCloud keychain access on new devices because I can't access the phone number that is associated with my account (for 2 factor verification)

I also don't know the answers to my security questions. I spoke with iCloud support on the phone for about an hour, but we got locked out of my account and they eventually encouraged me to check if I could log into old devices (I now know I can't-they've either been sold or are not using iCloud keychain).
Anybody think they can help? I don't want to have to set up a new iCloud account.

If you mean that Find My Phone is asking for a password to a different Apple ID to your current Apple ID.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone" and delete the account from your device.
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, save it once again and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

There is no more Flash Player for Android and there won't be another. Android is no longer compatible with Flash Player. How are you trying to do it ? If you have iTunes 11 on your computer then you may want to enable the left-hand sidebar via option-command-S if you are using a Mac, control-S if using a PC.
To sync books, connect the phone to your computer and select it on that left-hand sidebar, and on the right-hand side of iTunes select the Books tab :
You should then be able to select which books/PDFs that you want to sync to the iBooks app (and/or which audiobooks to sync to the Music app).
Is that how you are trying to do it ?
