Wine, were you charging over the USB Connection or AC Power? We've found in our organization that at times not enough power is generated over USB to recharge it in situations like this...I quote from the email of a fellow technician that i just received today...
I’ve had a couple of users up here bring their iPhones to me so dead that the phone was unresponsive, no matter what we did. One thing that many people do not realize is that the iPhone (iOS devices in general) have power management in them. The power management appears to be set up so that the device will not power on at all until the battery is at a certain minimum level. If the user will plug the device into the power adapter, not a USB port on a computer (laptops especially), and leave it for about an hour, maybe longer, the device will come back to life.
The reason I say they have to use the power adapter is because the USB port is not high enough power to bring the charge up fast enough for the battery to come back out of “hibernation”.
Each time I have had the users do the power adapter plug in, and leave it for a couple of hours, the devices have come back to life

Purchased Mountain Lion via App store but it appears to be stuck in download with no activity for over half an hour and no error messages. The download bar shows the download at about 1/20th for about half an hour as well. I had what appeared to be disk corruption. I used OS CD to repair - indicated successful. When I rebooted again the system showed the spinning icon again. I read that I should not install Mountain Lion if my disk still has errors. I'm not sure what my next steps should be?
Sign out of the Mac App Store.
Sign back in.
Restart the Download.
Sounds like you repaired whatever disk issues there was, you should be fine. Its now a matter of obtaining the install.

I believe the new IOS 8 system takes up 1.3 Gb on it's own. Then plus anything else you may have loaded.

I got my Imac and Trackpad in may so its new and the batterys have run out on the trackpad, so i have put new batterys in and its not even turning back on i have tried the batterys the other way round ( i used duracell) and still not working, so i put the old batterys in and it still wont turn on. I am getting so angry woth apple things, the make it sound better than it is and over pice it, i paid over a grand for my imac and it dont even come with a cd SLOT. Please can some one help!

I am unsure how it can be determined the payment mix up was the fault of CS, but regardless, the mix up was done. There can be any number of reasons why a payment could be missed without any fault on your part, however you are still the responsible party for the account and must live with the repercussions. -

I have been running firefox now for about 4 years and love it. Recently I tried signing on and it just runs a blank page. I uninstalled it and re installed it to no avail. I have it on my allow list for my fire wall , and have tried all the fixes that i can. can you please help. my mac is 24inch from early , Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 9 (11g63b) . and yes fcpx has been working fine for months now but on my last project it started making me force quit everytime i try to use it now. i followed the steps with reseting the preferances but i didnt work. i also tried deleting the app and reinstalling , and disk permissions all failed. can u help me out?

Cannot get stamp/hilight tool to work-missing a small step and I cant figure out what it is!
When I try to use the stamp or hilight tool, it allows me to select the stamp, drag it to where I want it, but when I click the mouse, it goes away and nothing happens. Same with the hilight tool- any suggestions? Im using version 7.0- when I view comments, the stamp function is showing as if it was done but the graphic is not showing up on my document.

When iMovie crashes it also makes my compute very slow and unpleasant to use. Has anyone else had this problem before? Should I take my laptop to the genius bar? I owned this computer for over a month now.
