Settings -> Mail, Contacts & Calendars -> Add Account -> Other -> Add Mail Account
Put in your email details, and tap on [Next].
Then tap on the Pop button, and set the incoming and outgoing mail servers to Talk Talk's.

If you set up like this it should be fine. Then all you have to do is launch the mail app in order to send and receive email.

As Jeanne mentioned, it can work as long as the added device is a camera, and you have the iPad Camera Connection Kit. The kit contains two adapters, one for an SD camera card and one that accepts a USB card adapter or cable from your camera.
With regard to your basic question, Deggie is correct. It does NOT work like a built-in camera, so you can't use it for video calls. You have to take pictures with the external camera and transfer them to the iPad.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
That's really a question for you to answer yourself, changing an email address may not be the best of ideas if it's well known to others. On the other hand iCloud mail is an IMAP account (it syncs between devices) which may be an advantage if your current address is just a POP account.
I use my iCloud address for secondary mail in conjunction with my main address.

If you've turned VoiceOver on then see if triple-clicking the home button turns it off, and then change what Settings > General > Accessibility > Triple-Click Home is set to.
Otherwise, via 'the touch to select double-tap to activate' process you need to go into Settings > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver and turn it off

For some reason when trying to get ito Cloud, I can't get into my previous e-mail address to make changes, which I must do to delete it. Cloud does not recognize my old password and the system does not seem to associate my BD with it. I knowlonger have the old e-mail address associated with Cloud.

You have to delete the old account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. THE use of the apple support is a mess also.

The only people who can possibly assist you with this is Apple Customer Relations, call your local Apple contact number and ask for Customer Relations then explain your situation clearly and politely (be firm but don't rant).
You might want to investiage what the local laws are regarding defective goods and 'fit for use' definitions on warranties etc. Consumer Protection can be a useful tool to use or bargain with if needed ...

Does anyone have an Idea on how can I maintain more then one E-mail address per insurance provider?
In Tcode NG07/8/9 I am able to have only one which is not enough,
I would expect to have a multiple selection on that field like in customer master record Tcode FD01/2/3.

Dear Yoav,
In the Tcode NG07 only one mail id is given because from here you can send the files directly on clicking the mail icon. Because when you click on mail icon(adjacent to box) it shows whom you are sending the data, here you can also mark CC & BCC to the different users.
In Customer you are not mailing directly. If you have any query you can reply back.

Try tapping on the id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores on your devices (Settings > Store if they aren't on iOS 6+) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on them.

Make a appointment with the Genius Bar at apple. If it is still under the 1 yr warranty it will be replaced free of charge. Or if you have AppleCare you should be covered.
