HT201322 where is view hidden purchases on the account information page?
How can I unhide an item I purchased? it says to go to the Account Information page, but nothing on there tells me how.
I had the same problem when I updated to ios 6. My apps re-synched without going into their folders. I think Apple only allows you to have a certain number of apps on the display and it hides the rest. Well it doesn't really hide them. I hid a random app and then that 'Hidden Purchases' link was available but it only contained the app I just hid.
Anyways, I arranged the visible apps into folders.
Then I did this:
Click the name of my iphone under the My Devices heading
Click on Apps on the toolbar
Found an app in the list which was not visible on my phone and dragged it anywhere on the home screen.
Clicked the apply button
After synching all the other apps were visible again.

i tried as what it says but i really can not find "View Hidden Purchases" on my account information page.
the only two things i can see in "Itunes in the cloud" are "Manage Devices" and "Learn More".

Open iTunes on your computer. You can download the latest version of iTunes here.
If you're not already signed in, choose Store > Sign in. If you're signed in, skip to step 4.
Enter your Apple ID and password, then click the Sign In button.
Choose Store > View My Account. (You may be asked to enter your password again).
Click on View Hidden Purchases from your Account Information page.
Choose a content type by clicking Music, TV shows, Apps, or Books from the top.
Click the Unhide button next to the item you would like to restore.
Note: If the item you are unhiding is not already downloaded on your computer locally, it will begin downloading automatically.

Thank you for the details of the issue you are experiencing with your iTunes purchases. It sounds like you may have been looking in the Account Information page, but there is a separate Purchases section you can download the songs from.
I recommend downloading your purchases directly to your computer using the Purchases page in the iTunes Store using these steps:
Download previous iTunes Store purchases to an authorized computer
Click iTunes Store near the top of the iTunes window.
Click the Purchased link at the right of the iTunes Store homepage (below Quick Links).
In the page that appears, select a category.
iTunes shows you which of your purchases are available for download. You can view all of your past purchases, or just the ones not currently in your iTunes library. Items already in your library aren’t available for download. If you select Music, you can view your purchases by song, artist, or album. If you’re viewing by album, click an album to see which songs on it are available for downloading.
To download all available items, click Download All.

The hard drive on our computer died and we lost all of our purchases in the account. Is there a way to recover the songs we have paid for? If we plug in our iPod to a new account, won't it erase everything during the synch process? Help!
If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup copy of your computer ( not good), then transfer purchases form your ipod.
Without syncing, click File>Transfer Purchases -

i attempted to purchase u2's new album - songs of innocence at the itunes store. The icon says "purchased" yet I am quite sure I have not purchased it. There are no songs in my library nor is there any record of the purchase in the account history.
Everyone was given the album. It was a gift from U2 and Apple. You can go to purchases and download it to your device.

Help me please....You're going into Store > View My Account on your computer's iTunes, and it should then show under the 'iTunes in the Cloud' section. Have you currently got any devices/computers associated with your account for automatic downloads and/or have you downloaded previous purchases on them ? If you haven't then it might not appear - that screen will only allow you to view the associated devices and remove them, it doesn't let you add them there.

I have an Apple ID and a password, but when I try to sign in I am asked to review my account. When I click okay, it takes me to the billing information page and since I do not use or have a credit card anymore, I want to change the payment option, but there does not seem to be anyway to change this, as the only options available for payment are three different types of credit cards. How do I edit this information so I can pay by PayPal or have the payment option as none? I would like to be able to purchase music using a PayPal account. I have sent three emails to support and have not been able to fix this problem. Would appreciate any help on how I can change the payment information.

Changing the accounting information on an SC

I am having difficulties getting the account information on a shopping cart updated using BBP_PD_SC_UPDATE.
The background in short:
1) I have created a a field in CI_BBP_ACC
2) I read the details of a given SC with BBP_PD_SC_GETDETAIL
3) I update the field i created in CI_BBP_ACC
4) I try to update the SC with BBP_PD_SC_UPDATE.
The update part (4) does not work.

It is SRM 4.0 I am curently working on.
The business logic that I am developing a solution for is the following:
In step 3 of the shopping process the company want to have an extra field in the screen where they can enter the ID of the first approver in the workflow (FG: BBP_SC_UI_ITS, screen 140).
There must be some validations of the ID entered in the field. Since we have already implemeted a lot of other checks in an implementation of BBP_MESSAGES_BADI I would also like to carry out my validations there. Since it is only the accounting information that is going in to this BADI I have created a field in the CI_BBP_ACC.
That is the reason that I want to use FM BBP_PD_SC_UPDATE and also the reason for not using BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI.

Created an apple I'd using a wrong e-mail address. Can't access the e-mail to varify the Apple ID in order to be able to change the account settings. Any idea how can change the account information without having to varify the account through the e-mail?
You are trying to find a loophole to circumvent a basic rule that prohibits the transfer of purchased content from one Apple ID to another.
Content tied to an Apple ID are bound to that Apple ID forever. You can not merge or trade accounts. Well, not (officially) anyway... -
Plugins are enabled and still showing as disabled in the "troubleshooting information" page
as explained in the question itself...all my plugins are enabled however in the "troubleshooting page" its showing as "false" under the "enabled" section of the "Extensions" topic.
this in turn i believe is not allowing me to view any online streaming videos which require adobe flash or shockwave player.
Also i am not able to install any of the versions of the adobe flash player.
Whenever i try the installation shows timeout at 7% and interrupts!

The "Manage Devices" button is not there because you don't have any computers or devices enabled for automatic downloads. After following the steps contained in the link below, the button will appear in your account information page.

I have seral email accounts on my Mac. One does not work on the Mac but works on my iPad and iPhone. The account information was added on the Mac. I keeps rejecting my password.
You don't input the information in manually for iCloud mail. It is automatically set up for you when you sign into iCloud via System Preferences and choose the Mail checkbox. Sign out of iCloud or deselect Mail in iCloud preferences. Open Mail's preferences and choose accounts tab. If iCloud account still exists in the list, delete it. Sign back into iCloud or check the box for mail. The account will be auto created for you.
