Did you move to iOS 8 via iTunes? Your photos should all be on your iPhone 5s without any issues even if you updated via WiFi. The update should have no impact on your photos other than to have moved any photos in your former Camera Roll to your Photos. When opening the Photo App you should see Photos and Albums available at the bottom of the screen. You can also look at Settings>General>About and looking down the list your should see the word Photos and a Count at the right. This count should represent all of the photos in your iPhone.

Have you tried a reset which is similar to a computer restart and is done by pressing and holding the home button and the sleep/wake or on/off button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo and then release?

Even when I define a specific new playlist and tell it to apply only that it still does not remove the unwanted songs.

All music on your old iPhone should be in your iTunes library on your computer. Transfer the music from your iTunes library on your computer to your new iPhone in the same way it was transferred from your iTunes library to your old iPhone - via the iTunes sync/transfer process.
Since you prefer the manual way, you must manually drag and drop the same 377 songs from your iTunes library to your new iPhone - in the same way the 377 songs were manually transferred from your iTunes library to your old iPhone.
Or you can sync which provides more options overall. Create an iTunes playlist for the 377 songs. Select Sync Music under the Music tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes and choose selected playlists, artists, albums, and genres. Select the iTunes playlist below that includes the 377 songs followed by a sync. -
HOW TO UNLOCK THE PASSCODE IN MY IPHONE PLEASE?
I didn't know that my son keeps on putting the passcode several time to the point that it reach the longest wait ever (60minutes) disabled, now I slept and saw this morning, "connect to ituens". I just don't wanna do it, because I just turned off my iCloud, my photos and contacts hasnt been backed up.
So, thing is, is there any way to unlock the passcode of my iphone5? retaining all the photos and contacts of it?No, you won't be able to bypass it, otherwise, it wouldn't be very secure, would it?

my ipod was disabled due to forgetting my password and when i tried undisableing it by holding the power button down for 3 seconds and then combining it with the home button for 10 seconds and then just holding the home button for another 10 seconds, it now will not turn on.... help????

Why are the songs in my iphone playlists grey and I can't move them.
Why are the songs in my iPhone playlists grayed out. I am unable to move and organize them. I just downloaded some audio books from Audible and I cannot moved them to a playlist on my iPhone either. What step am I missing?

Yes, you can't. The default order in the main window is based on date, ascending or descending when you are in the standard 'thumbnail view'. If you are in 'folder' view, with your folders shown in the left panel, you are shown the pictures in alphabetical order of the file names.

I have so many pictures. I wanted to put all the pictures for each album next to each other so I can find them easily.
It's not difficult to create albums and 'drag' pictures in it. When an album is selected, you can move your pictures around in any order in the main window panel.
Albums are one way of grouping and ordering pictures. You should try to use keywords to organize and retrieve your pictures. -

Hi All, my iPhone 5S is full of photos (1326) or so. however the camera roll is 827. there is an album named "My Photo Stream" which has 466 from My Computer and under it is "Shared" which has 12 from my computer. Can anybody help me to remove both these albums as there taking up a lot of space and I have tried everything to remove them!!!
On option is to open your my photo stream album in the thumnail view, tap Edit, tap all the photos, tap Share, tap Save to Camera Roll. Then import them to your computer using your usb cable (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083). A more convenient option is to use an app like PhotoSync, which will transfer all your photos from any album (including photo stream) to any of your devices (including your computer) over wifi by pressing a single button.

A dialog box has appeared on the screen of my iPad2 and has frozen the device so that I can't close it down or make changes to the settings. The titel is "iCloud Backup" and it reads: This iPad hasn't been backed up in 4 weeks. Backups happen when this iPad is plugged in, locked, and connected to WiFi.
I'm not sure why it hasn't backed up but I can't do anything to clear the dialog box, turn off the device or get to any settings or apps on the device.

All my bookmarks suddenly disapered, tried recovering them as per the instructions on the help page, but no matter what date i try it fails saying no backup! Now firefox says bookmark added when i try to add them but nothing appears in the bookmarks drop down mene, so i cant even add my old bookmarks manually, driving me mad please help.
