Click on Purchases, billing and redemption to get started. Are you sure that you actually downloaded the magazine? I have a subscription to one magazine and I choose to download the magazines on my own rather than automatically. -
I downloaded a film for rental but it hasn't downloaded properly so won't load, tells me to check in my downloads in iTunes but it isn't showing up in downloads so I am stuck with a film a have paid for but can't play and can't finish downloading, help?
After doing some research, I found out that I had accidently hid iPhoto after I paused the download. After going into my apple id account and saw my hidden purchases, I found it. Thank you so much helping me though!

Hi My contract is up and i don't want a new device yet. Will I get a monthy reductuion on my bill now that my phone is paid off and i am not under contract? If so do I need to do anything?

Unless the poster states exactly what plan they are on the only reasonable reply was the short and sweet one I gave. If they continue as is, without looking into plan changes (again no plan was listed) there is no reduction since paying off the subsidized device.

Since there is more than one plan available and since there is one plan available that does qualify for a discount once a subsidized phone is paid off, your original reply is not and could never be 100% correct, maybe 50% correct. The only reasonable response (also short and sweet) is "It depends on your current plan and/or whether you are willing to switch to the one plan that is eligible for a discount, otherwise no you might not get a discount." -
I have paid to use a number of ringback tones and they were working fine. I had to call my phone to find it earlier today and got the Verizon standard ringback tone, which prompted me to check my media settings and none of the ringback tones I paid for, and renewed the license for by paying the fee again a couple of months ago, are listed. I have an iPhone 5c. I don't know when they disappeared as I never call myself. How do I find them again?
I am unable to view my bill (that's another problem - my husband can't view it either and it isn't going to his email account or phone). Although I appear to be listed as an account manager, when I go to view my bill, it says I am only an account member and won't let me see it. My husband is the account owner, but he isn't listed as such. We take advantage of his employee discount through his employer, but we need to start getting a copy of our bill again in the mail. Neither of us know how the preferences were changed or why we stopped receiving a paper copy in the first place. And once I noticed my ringback tones had disappeared, I had no way to check the status of that either. Thanks for your reply. I look forward to your help with all of this. My ringback tones don't show up anywhere online. I know at one time you couldn't use them with the iPhone, but that changed awhile back.

i have read ur forgotten password or device disabled after entering wrong password. iphone is desabled dont have computer i conected it to before and power button is broke so how can i get back into my iphone?
You will have to restore the phone and set up as New. See: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212. The part you need is near the bottom, "If you have never synced your device with iTunes...". You will lose any content that is not backed up in iCloud.

I have connected a company iPhone to iTunes and it will not sync, help please!
My company have several iPhones which are setup through the same iTunes account but when you connect them to the pc it will not sync. I need to update them and load the latest software as they are still running on very old software. Help would be much appreciated!
Is this the computer to which they normally sync? If not... save yourself some hassle.
iDevices are designed to sync to only one computer/library. Attempts to sync to another computer/library will wipe all content. Upgrading the device requires a backup prior to the update which will remove all content if this is not the computer they normally sync with. -
Something called Plasmoo.com is attached to Firefox 4. It cannot be removed and I can't uninstall Firefox. I followed the tech support advice.
When I tried to delete Firefox, it told me that I needed permission from myself to change the folder. I am assigned as the administrator and it will still not let me change it, regardless of whether I click "skip" or "continue" from the pop up window.In what way is the file attached to Firefox?

Enabling iTunes Match does not delete music from your computer. Why do you think it is now not in the iTunes library if it was before? If all of your music was in the iTunes library then it is also now in the cloud if iTunes has completed it's scan and all the music meets the match requirements. Enable the iCloud Status column in the iTunes browser by switching to Song view and pulling down View > View Options. Select iCloud Status then close the small window. Sort on the new column. Your music should be listed as "purchased," "matched" and "uploaded." Some tracks may be "ineligible." Post back and let us know.

I had downloaded a number of songs on my old iphone 4, but it died before i had a chance to sync with my comp. now i have a new iphone and cant down load any of the songs i once had and have paid for. any ideas??
If you live in the US launch the iTunes store, then tap Purchases, then the "not on this phone" tab. If you don't live in the US you will have to buy them again, unless the iTunes Store support staff takes pity on you when you email them with a request for help.
BTW, how many songs can you download between daily syncs? -
Camera faulty on iphone I have taken it to apple store but because they have already replaced it within the last 12 months for something else they said they can't do anything even though I have paid for apple care. What are my rights ?

Why does my iphone refuse to accept my subscription for itunes match even though my account shows that i have paid for it.
My passwords are the same on both systems and my music is waiting in the cloud but still no go ....can anyone help before I fire the whole lot out of a cannon.iTunes Match is associated with a single iTunes Store account. So make sure you're logging into the mobile store on the iOS device using the same account you used to purchse the service.
