Are all other communications working? Can you do a google search on Safari? Can you surf the internet?
If so, try resetting your phone - hold down the Home and Power buttons and continue to hold them until the Silver Apple appears (20-30 seconds). Once the Home screen comes back up, try to sign-on to the iTunes & App Stores again.
What kind of error are you getting when you try to sign in, anyway?

Keep getting msg. Please check network connection. Even when connection is working.

I am having this issue on my IPAD running 8.3. Can't log in to facetime or iMessage. Cannot turn the apps off and back on (per online suggestion).
I assume Apple has decided that NO ONE should be able to turn these apps off.

Lync 2013 Android can't sign in with 5.4 but can sign in with 5.3

AS Title said. I has deployed Lync 2013 Mobility. Now I got very strange things. First, I can sign in with Lync 2013 App Android 5.3.1100 and its fully functional(IM,Audio,Video). But when I update to Lync 2013 App Android 5.4.1106. I can't sign in.
No any Error message on screen. Even checked Android log. Still can't understand what happend.
My Lync environment is not using Public Cert. But if working fine with Private Cert on Lync 2013 App Android 5.3 version should be fine on Lync 2013 App Android 5.4 version.
I also test my connectivity on https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/ . All Pass. No Errors.
Have anyone can tell me why I can't sign in with Android 5.4 version?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
There are several different services that require signing into an Apple ID to use on your iOS device. You can sign into different Apple IDs for different services on your iPhone. For example, Apple ID #1 for iCloud and Apple ID #2 for iTunes & App Store. You cannot sign into the same service with two different Apple IDs at the same time. The attached article has a list of services that are accessible with your Apple ID.

How can I sign up with Enterprise program, while I have an active membership of the iOS developer program?
I have bought a memership for the iOS Developer program.
I have created an in-house app.
Now I want to publish it to all employees without registering the devices.
So..
I go to their website and try to sign up for the enterprise program, image shown below:

Within the image above, I click continue...

Then I am taken to the image above, there I need to select a program, but I already have a program, the iOS developer program! And the checkbutton of that program, is disabled. If I try to click continue at this page, without sleecting a program, a javascript-box shows "You have to select a program before continuging"...
Do I need to unsubscribe my iOS developer program, to then register it again? Lol!
PS: no clue where I should post this, looked over the forums and could not see anything related to singing up, registering for a program...

Our apps came offline automatically shortly after this as iTunesConnect thought we had not renewed our license, even though we had several weeks ago.
We had a brief panic as our apps were offline for 12 hours, which is how long it took Apple Support to work out what was wrong and hook things up.
I suggest you contact them ASAP to get this fixed so you don't get that iTunesConnect alert to your phone 'Your app status has been changed to Pending Contract'.

Can't sign in with my old apple id. and support is a joke. I want to update my faber acoustical but can't sign in with my new apple id I need the old apple id, but no matter what I do it won't take it I do remember it but it still won't go. or work I guess I'll contact fare acoustical.

I know that, so your reply was no help at all. Thanks. So perhaps I wasn't clear in my problem. I can't sign in with my old email and password because it has been deleted to make the new one, so how do I get the previous apps to upgrade, if possible? I have read a lot about using the same password for all apple emails or id's, but can you go backwards and add the old one back in. Again I am not sure I am making this clear enough so perhaps that's why I can't get good response.
