i have been billed and i need to know what that was for? and i would like to be able to log in and see charges on my account with apple?

You can check the purchase history on your account via the Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) drop-down menu option on your computer's iTunes - though I'm not sure if that shows in-app purchases and/or auto-renewing subscriptions .  If you don't recognise the charge and/or you can't find it then you can contact iTunes support via email via this page (I'm not aware of any phone support for iTunes) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

    I suspended my phone a while back and I was told that I will not be charged. I now have almost 400 dollar bill and Verizon is threatening to damage my credit history. This is not acceptable! I moved overseas and I asked to cancel my service but your agents told me I could suspend my service for up to 6 months. After the 6 months were up, I called to cancel my service but another agent assured me that my phone will be suspended again and I don't have to worry about it as long as I stay with Verizon. I have no intention to change the service provider but I'm seriously considering canceling my service with you for once and for all. The worst thing about it is that now I have no mean to communicate with a person to resolve this issue. This is insane! You need to reconsider your whole approach to customer service.

    I'm saddened to hear about your experiences.  We'd never want this to affect your loyalty with Verizon Wireless. Have you attempted to reach our Customer Service team by dialing *611 from your Verizon Wireless device?  You'll be able to reach a representative even if your services are suspended.  We can always assist in reviewing your account here as well if you'd like.

    I am trying to make firefox my home page. How do I do this? How do I get to set up my own links on my home page? How do I get rid of at&t home page?

    All I want is a simple home page for a starting point. I would like to add my own links for easier access to the places I go if that is possible, Just a simple home page. Addons are what I tried from the start. I saw nothing that would allow me to add my own links. The process in the links you sent me didn't make any sense to me. It seems to be telling me to go to every site I use and do some process to get the link on my home page. What ever happened to typing in the ink and hit add??? I am not savvy enough to follow the directions you keep sending me. I thought firefox had a calling system in place. At least that is what I read at one point but couldn't find the number. I can follow any directions given me verbally and then I get the picture. Most of what the written directions tell me, I can't find. Please let me know if you can help me via phone otherwise I will have to give up this process. It is taking days to build one home page per doing it in one phone call.     You can get the drop down list by either right-clicking on the back/forward buttons, or holding down the left button until the list appears.

    Also, where did you buy the device... brand new from a retail mobile provider, or used?
    Also, getting assistance here is helpful if you would state the model device you have.
    But for the problem at hand:  You must enter the correct password to unlock the device. That is set at Options > Security > General Settings (or Options > Security > Password, according to the model device and OS release, but you didn't tell us that).
    So, after a normal ten attempts, the device WILL wipe itself of all personal data, contacts, calendar, preferences, etc. That's the way it works. You either know your password or you don't.
    Have you NEVER had to provide a password to access the BlackBerry in the past?

    There is no live customer service for iTunes on the telephone. Either click the Report link on the emailed receipt that you have recieved on the purchases or use this link to start an email conversation with the iTunes support staff.
