    I have subscribed for Adobe Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition for one year term. The Creative Cloud doesn't seem to be working as it keeps showing "No Internet Connection". I've tried for many times by uninstall and install again and again. I've also tried to turn off firewall settings and all these things but still doesn't seem to be working. You cannot cancel the subscription by yourself. WHAT A SCAM. Then I called the support team. But NO ONE accepts my calls. I have called for many times yet still no representatives to answer my call. I am so frustrated. Can someone help me? It would be better to provide solutions on how to solve the internet connection issues because I don't really want to cancel subscription.

    I can only find you in our system with the email address you use here in the forums. And there is no order history under that email. I think you may want to give Adobe Customer Care a call, and let them know the date that you were charged. They may be able to track down your order.     To turn off auto-renewal:
