I ordered two movies and got charged twice for both movies.  How do I get credited or refunded for them?  I would prefer a credit

    Sometimes a second charge is an authorisation charge that is never actually put through.   That's why it registers as pending.

    Contact the iTunes Music Store customer support department through the form at the bottom of this web page and explain the problem to them. Assuming that it's an iTMS mistake and not that you mistakenly purchased the same song twice, they should then issue a credit to your account.
