I have an unauthorized charge to my master card account dated yesterday August, 20th 2013 for the amount of $2.16.  This is not the first time this has happened. The order number is MHMLTVD17N.

Nobody else has access to your account or devices and may have made that in-app purchase ?     In what way is it unauthorized? Are you stating that your account has been hacked by strangers? Or has your account been used by family or friend?

    I've checked your account—you have two ExportPDF subscriptions. One placed on October 20 2013, and the other placed on October 11 of this year. So, you were probably charged the auto renewal for the subscription placed in 2013, and then the new charge for this year's order.
    Please Contact Customer Care so that an agent can help get things situated for you. There's no reason to have two subscriptions to the same service, so an agent can help you cancel one, if you'd like.

    Digital Editions can open files of .pdf , .epub and .acsm format.
    When you click on a download link from an online bookstore, a .acsm file gets downloaded to the "Downloads" folder of your computer. You need to double click on this .acsm file(if Digital Editions is already installed) to get the book. If you still get a message saying that your computer doesn't have a way to open this file, please manually associate Digital Editions to the .acsm file type OR open Digital Editions and drag and drop the .acsm file onto Digital Editions.

Is it possible to update her account on my macbook using her external disk without overwriting my stuff on the same Macbook and vice versa?

    Time Machine does not do individual accounts. It records the complete drive. So if you were to use her TM backup on your Mac it would make your Mac just like hers. Both yours and her account on your MAC.
    Just copy the missing files over from her Mac to yours. If there are differennt programs on each then they would need to be installed on both.

    I keep having movies that I have not downloaded charged to my iTunes account.  When I contact iTunes they say it is credit card fraud but that is not the case.     Please start by signing on to your account dashboard, where we sign on to the Skype website to manage payment methods and subscriptions, to ensure your e-mail address is up-to-date and accurate.  Then, change your account password immediately if you have not already done so.  In the Windows Desktop version of the Skype software, doing this is easy: click on the menu bar above your contact list Skype -> Change Password.
    Skype is aware of lingering website issues. Temporarily enabling scripts, pop-up dialog boxes, and disabling plug-ins which could prohibit pop-ups may help get past website problems.     If you experience difficulty reaching Skype Customer Service or find yourself redirected back to the Community, please try again using a different web browser and choosing a different path through the various drop-down menu options presented.
